Grizzly's — Restaurant in Stratton

This was the first time coming into the place and I’m sure there will be many more visits.

They had some fun seasonal drinks- but I opted for my go-to skinny margarita and it came in a fun cactus glass. I’m a sucker for the little things.

The table shared a quesadilla, which was nicely stuffed with chicken. That alone means this place gets a thumbs up. 😆

We were seated outside - even though usually that’s reserved for folks eating a full dinner. I’m grateful they were willing to be accommodating. The staff was friendly, and from my seat, I had a nice slice of a view of the mountain - which made my heart happy.

Been coming here my whole life and live local. It’s never been great but every food item is off the Sysco truck. Some of the bartenders are nice but several bar staff make comments in public about guests. Today I saw the food runner have a nose bleed in the bathroom and within a minute run food for my friend, health code anyone? Just not acceptable. There is also never any effort to include local products in the middle of a state with amazing produce and everything is over priced. I was at Deer Valley recently and the food is LESS expensive and 3x the quality at possibly the most expensive ski resort in the world. Have a beer outside and get back...

This was a great place to eat! Mid ski lunch options are great and the servers are friendly. However, I must add that the line can be long from the 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM. This is because it’s so great. The music is fitting and the view of Stratton Mountain is gorgeous. My only personal complaint is that they have no regard for the cooking style of meat. “Medium Rare” seems to mean nothing to them.
