Ordered a small veggies pizza no cheese. Waited 40 minutes for that. The lady who took my order left and when another lady came in she asked me do I need help. Unbelievable. I said yes I've been waiting on a pizza for my mom. They said ''it's coming up and you said vegan cheese correct?'' I said no, I told her NO CHEESE! She told me that the other lady said I told them vegan cheese. I said my mom can't have cheese for her health reasons. After that a tall man employee said it sounded like i said vegan cheese to that lady employee. I said for the 4th time, i said NO CHEESE! My Mom cant have cheese,then told me she's so sorry because they were preparing for a Christmas Party and things were ''CRAZY'' There were 5 employees there and one customer came in to pick up pizza for Uber. She said she would make me a medium upgrade for their mistake. There is NO excuse to wait that long for a small veggie pizza. To many employees standing around talking and I get my order screwed up. This is happening at several fast food restaurants. This has got to stop! Employees should be working and not chatting or on their phones. Master Pizza was great when they first moved in this Streetsboro location but after a few visits service has gone down considerably as well as the taste of there pizza sauce. Someone needs to fix this or their business will...

I discovered you opened this Streetsboro location just last week and there are no words that can accurately describe how happy this makes me. Elated. Ecstatic. Over the moon.

Amazing vegan pizza is now just a short drive away. The service was great, super friendly staff, in a perfect location. The small plaza has easy parking available and a small area to sit while you wait if your pizza isn't ready yet. There are various drinks available to purchase.

The vegan pepperoni you have is unreal, the crust and bake = perfect, and I couldn't be happier. Here's to many more this year!

Master Pizza in Streetsboro gets an A+ in quality and service! Their pizza is delicious and fresh every time. The manager is so kind and accommodating. Just this weekend we had a wait a few extra minutes for our pizza because there was a new chef and he threw in some complimentary cake bites for my daughter. Oftentimes service is lacking these days; Master Pizza goes above and beyond. Their manager, he's younger with long hair, deserves a raise (I am sorry I did not catch his name). All workers are friendly! They converse with their customers...
