Chuggers Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Streetsboro

I've not been here in years and service was awesome back then. We stopped in for some wings. After at least 10 minutes someone should have come to see if we'd need any menus and/or drinks...that did not happen. I assume the young lady assigned to our area does not serve black people because she avoided our table of 2 as best as she could including hiding on the side of the bar. The bar is where we had to place our drink and food order. Should we have had to get out of our seats to get these things? ABSOLUTELY NOT especially if everyone else in the establishment remained seated and were properly served. This visit definitely left a bad taste in my mouth not because of the wings as they were cooked to perfection. Thanks to the bartender, the cook and all of the karaoke singers you guys were great. To the blonde haired waitress who denied us service, I pray that you evolve into a better human being as you get older and realize that WE are here for...

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people that work there!!!! I was going through a divorce and a complete emotional wreck, I don’t drink often but I have been coming up there over the past 3 weeks to just be around people and out of my own head until I get my life back on track. Erica, Cat, and the whole crew has been one of the biggest blessings being an open ear to listen to my situation and myself. The love and atmosphere is A1(the absolute best). You can tell that the way they run this company that there doing just about everything right, being a vessel of love and support. I’ve met so many great people since I’ve been coming here and would highly recommend this place if your trying to just have a good atmosphere to wind down and have a drink or if your trying to get a great burger or pizza. I found a new home when I need to get out and enjoy an evening and I feel that would apply to everyone! Thanks guys, keep up...

We went to see our favorite band, thankful that it was a local gig. The food was delicious. The waite staff was excellent. The place was full and they never stopped circulating. I had my mom in her wheelchair. When we headed to the restroom, a security guy came out of no where and moved some chairs and a table to make our path easier. I then realized I could not open the door and make the turn into the bathroom. So, I slowly turned mom and the chair around so we could back in. One of the waitresses saw this and bolted from behind the bar to grab the door. We have traveled to many similar establishments to see bands. The staff at Chugger's was by far the friendliest and most helpful. Thank you for making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived!!! We look forward to spending another evening...
