Like many people have said, the food is precooked cold. No respect for dishing out garbage food. There's no way you can place an order. And by the time the guy walks away, he's bringing you back your food. So it's evidently precooked, or they're selling people that didn't like it just somebody else. All the negative reports are 100%. True. And the good reports, they don't know. Good mexican form mcdonald's. And the only thing the waiter, our staff does, is bring you your food within 30 seconds. So how fresh can it be? They should be embarrassed and trust me. I know real Mexican food, a 100%. And this is just an imitation of fast food with no taste. Cold, terrible, stay away from there. Find another place and not their other place that they own. Would rather have rolled up newspaper with hot sauce would be better than that. Then what they serve. And it's pretty much been like that for 8 years that I've lived 10 minutes from the restaurant. So believe the truth Or find out for yourself what...

Food was good, service was good but they will positively nickle and dime you for EVERY SINGLE THING... a small 1oz side of pico de gallo is $1.75 and a 1oz side of sour cream is $.75... also if you look closely at the menu there's multiple versions of the same exact items for different prices... For example the veggie fajitas one one page is $9.50... On the other it's $11.25 (I think). Same thing just different pages. I spoke with the manager about the extra charges (since it was not told to me there would be an additional charge when I ordered) and he said to me "well if you go to Applebee's or anywhere like that you pay extra" I responded "no, because if I did I wouldn't be as shocked as I am now to see these charges" he flat out refused to remove the charges.

Word of Mouth travels very far and with social media it's...

Awesome experience! Passing through en route to vacation, nice town, but this restaurant was even nicer, a super nice place! Food & service were great, staff friendly and professional, very attentive (checked on us frequently), facility is kept very nice and clean, outdoor seating was comfortable & charming. I had Camarones Al Mojo de Ajo (shrimp cooked in garlic butter, rice, beans, guacamole, and salad, plus tortillas), and it was downright awesome! These folks know how to cook and serve! Girlfriend had Tacos de Camaron (3 soft shrimp tacos, served with avacado, cilantro, and chimichurris [special sauce]) and she said they were unexpectedly & surprisingly delicious, shrimp were fresh, and the tacos were full of flavor and just "super good". We'll be stopping by on our way home too. Awesome awesome awesome,...

I went here because I received gift cards for my birthday. I went to the Streetsboro one because it was on my way to my destination and even though the gift cards said Streetsboro and Stow, I was told that they didn’t work at the Streetsboro location so I had to pay with my own money. I would have chosen else where had I known that ahead of time. The chicken in my quesadilla was SOAKED with water from probably being cooked in hot water and not really strained nicely before haphazardly slapping the food together. The whole plate was a sea of water at the end of my meal. I like the Stow location but I won’t be coming back to the Streetsboro location.

I'll never return. The first lady, older lady, to approach me upon entering the restaurant looked at me, AFTER walking past me, and strangely asked if she could help me with a tone as if I was lost. Then she seemed surprised that I replied "uh, yea, I'd like to eat here." The Worst excuse for hospitality I believe I've ever experienced. To top it off, the food was not any better. I've never, until now had a cheese enchilada with what seemed to be some kind of sandwich kraft american cheese inside, sorry but whatever type of cheese it was doesn't belong in an enchilada, IMO.

My husband had the chicken enchiladas, steak/chicken quesadillas and a flan to go. I had guacamole, fish tacos and sopapilla. Both of us also had mango margarita with our meal. My husband preferred the quesadillas over the enchiladas since they had more flavor but both dishes were good. I did enjoy the guacamole and the tacos, sopapilla was a bit too sugary for my taste but that's just a personal preference. We both liked the mango margaritas. Verdict: Good food, good service, reminded us a lot of texmex food we had while living in TX.
