Whatever you do don't order from this location. I've never dealt with such a lack of professionalism from a restaurant in my life.
I called to make an order at this location; to which the woman who was foreign of some kind. She was difficult to understand and she rushed me when it came to my order. My order was originally made to be delivered to my home and not once did the woman ask for my Address. I had to ask her 'don't you need my addressa?' Only for her to seem annoyed and ask for it. When I gave it to her she told me the price, and the time that was 45 minutes for delivery. I made my order around 5:17 PM.
I decided to call around 6:15 when I didn't recieve a call or any sight of my order. When i called back I went through the option that allows you to track your order, only to find out that my order was placed for pickup when it was specifically addressed to be FOR DELIVERY. My family and I are starving at this point and so I call to speak to an employee..
I was barely able to get out a coherent sentence before I was rushed and thrown into being put on hold and sent to Pizza Hut Customer Support. All I wanted to know was why my order was placed for pickup when I specifically asked for it to be delivered. I wasn't even able to address my issue to the rude foreign male employee who answered at the Streetsboro Location. As for the customer support, I told them my issue to which they offered to have me call the location back. Why would I call them back when they so rudely sent me your way? I had told her that i didnt wish to speak with them because they more than likely wouldn't listen. In the end she put me on hold for five minutes, and I decided to hang up. Thankful I was paying with cash and not credit/debit.
If you're looking for pizza steer clear of this location. You'd think Pizza Hut...
Read more5/13 I placed a decently large order for delivery on 5/17. I messed up and put the wrong date in - needed the order moved to 5/18, so I gave them a call. Pizza Hut customer service forwarded me to the branch location and I talked to them. I offered to just cancel and replace the order for the correct day but they assured me they could handle it. They "can't touch it in their system until it comes through, then they can move it". I had my doubts, but ok. I called back on Friday 5/17 to confirm the order would be moved to Saturday. They said yes, I remember the order, we'll move it. No problem, I thought. Saturday rolls around, no pizza. I give them a call - not only had they lost the order I had been assured multiple times they'd handle, they lost my contact information to call me to get a reorder. Just dropping the ball on all levels.
Pizza Hut corporate - PLEASE give these branches the tools they need to handle things. This should not be a herculean task to move a scheduled order one day in the future. Honestly, it was on me at the end of the day, I guess I should have placed the order correctly...

It took me two weeks to try to get it handled through their corporate office just for a representative there named Ginger to tell me one of her co-workers said it looked like I wrote the tip in myself! Why would I write a tip in myself them have to deal with them to be disrespected and belittled?? I asked her why her coworker would say this and how in the world do you distinguish how someone writes letters in comparison to only a signature?? She said she didn't know and asked me to call the store to give them my card number so they could refund me the tip. WHAT?? Why would I call the store to give them my credit card information when they already forged a tip on my credit card receipt. Needless to say, this is a warning and hopefully you have a better customer experience than I did because this was one of my worst...
