Subway — Restaurant in Streetsboro

Jenny is a Very rude manager ,we come here a couple times a month never a problem ,this particular day I was not well so my husband stopped so I didn't have to cook lunch ,as I felt like I was coming down with a cold ,I didn't feel like talking ,told them what I want and move on get home eat and take some meds and go to bed ,the first elderly lady very sweet made nice conversation, the second elderly lady very sweet, the manager ,very rude no class ,nasty mouth ,talking down to customers, making a scean ,the way she talked to me was uncalled for ,clearly she's a drama queen and wants negative attention because there was about 4 ppl behind my husband listening to what she was saying ,it was untasteful ,apparently she was upset that I left 4 yrs ago to go to another subway ( I briefly worked there and transferred so I was close to my husband's job so we could carpool and save money ) I didn't leave on bad terms on my end anyway , I left to make life better for me and my family ,she didn't know what went on behind closed doors,I actually left the state shortly and my husband / divorced ,reconciled & just came back last spring ,while gone i worked at a subway for a year in PA. I've never seen such a bad additude in a manager and a grudge held so bad ,apparently she's doing alot of talk because the things she was saying and it was even correct ,it just shows her character, I hope one day she learns how to be professional in business . as she rang us out she was condescending and ppl behind us were clearly agitated and could see we weren't causing a scean i was actually trying to diffuse it ,it was Jenny the manager , I told her I go to my work for my pay ,I don't go to make drama ,she smiled ,she said she no longer talked to JP the manager of the other store for stealing me away ,I said well she works here now ( like I didn't see her when I stopped in previously) I'm in my mid 50s I go to places like this for food while I'm on the go while shopping,in this case I was coming down with the flu and just got done grocery shopping just wanted lunch and to go home ,not a scean with a young disgruntled manager who holds a grudge for years to unload in front of customers and make a huge butt out of herself .I'm sure this behavior keeps...

As a person who tries desperately to treat all service employees with respect, my encounter today must simply result in never returning here. As I walked in, I noticed four tables full of customers, with a couple people in line in front of me. By the time I placed my order, there were two other customers in line behind me. My order came to $23.98, and when I tried handing the cashier (a young lady with red/blue hair color) a $50 bill, she summarily indicated that they don't accept bills larger than a twenty and that she didn't even have the change in her drawer to do so. (Which was a lie as I clearly saw multiple bills present as she opened it.) As there are no signs indicating the policy, I was surprised, and asked her what should happen now. She directed me to a nearby ATM, or to the grocery store nearby "to get change". If they TAKE $20 bills,with a room full of customers...I wonder why she didn't want to use one of them to give me my change? She smirked sarcastically, making sure I understood that she didn't care at all whether this transaction completed. Either the employees got their free meal out of it, or the food was wasted. Very, very sad. Young lady, you DO know that there are other places to buy a sandwich or two, right? I went to Jimmy John's, spent the same 20+ dollars, and gave a generous tip to the service person there for actually attempting to do a good job. Shame on you,...

I travel quite a bit for my job and eat at Subway almost daily. I have high blood pressure so I typically order a veggie sub. I have never been to a Subway where they put such a small amount on the sub. Every one I have ever been to packs it with veggies. I had to keep asking for more and it seemed like the lady only was pretending to add to it. Also she did a terrible job at evenly distributing the toppings.
