So I went through the drive thru today and usually this Dunkin is hit or miss but today was a definite miss. I ordered a refresher and an avocado toast and it was taking quite a while even though there was just one other car in front of me. They gave me my drink and asked me to pull up to the sign to wait for the toast. I had absolutely no problem with it and did as told. I waited there for another 10-15 minutes and a woman came out and told me they were out of avocado spread. I asked her for a refund as I was in a rush and wasn’t interested in anything else. She then told me she couldn’t give me one because there was no manager present. As a previous food service worker I totally understand when things fall behind and stuff but why is there no manager present? I’ve been here 2 times and both times the refreshers did not taste well whatsoever, but when I go to a different Dunkin they taste normal. So I’m thinking maybe there not cleaning there machines, or there chemicals they clean with is messing with the taste. Also I ordered and egg croissant and a bagel from this place , it also had a very bad not so great taste to it, it almost taste like that werid taste that’s in the refreshers. Read moreYeah, I'll be sticking with my regular DD location by my house instead of near work. The reason I went to this location was because the DD app wasn't working before I got into my car to head to work. So, I waited until I was closer to work to use app. It is easier to order my beverage through app rather than verbalize it at the drive thru. When the worker askes for order, they interrupt you, miss a request and the beverage is not what was ordered. Because you should not use phone while you are driving, I was able to get my order entered while in DD parking lot. When I entered drive thru, snarky worker stated that they just received the order. Someone wanna tell me the difference from using app and telling order at speaker? Seems like same...
