I dont know why recently, members of food service treat other restaurant workers and MANAGEMENT LIKE TRASH , I ORDERED 40 MIN BEFORE CLOSE OUT OF RESPECT , I was a 20 year customer you should have 3 addresses on file , the howard hanna orders my mom would order... Her and I's previous orders as well .. i called at close to let the persons know i was 1 minute away .... "If it is the policy for the person well we just closed in my registers off I didn't need to use your register I pay with my credit card 40 minutes ahead of time you already received payment for the order what you didn't receive was the two tens I had for tips for the last two employees.... For that lady to hang up the phone before and while I'm asking will do I call tomorrow well can you just put it outside I can see the door as I'm walking up there and you hear her say into the phone and then frealing hang up the phone in my ear...... That's the customer service that Marcos provides??? I have never received that customer service I've never received that much attitude on the phone maybe you had a bad day maybe that young girl or whoever she was she had a bad day I get it.... But in the end is it not my in other customers money that pays your rent your car note your car payment your cell phone your makeup???? . Do not even respond to will do I get a refund do I have to wait till tomorrow am I not going to feed the child and person at my house right now do I have to walk 2.4 miles at 11:03 pm to Sheetz ,get sheets walk 2.4 miles home then reheat the food for them???? Nothing no response and then hangs up the phone. You know what insanity is, being snotty rude and ignorant to a customer. And because that person was walking they're going to be around the store front of your establishment where those same employees that did what they did Park their cars right there... Man the luck that you don't have a vindictive angry customer. You can email me if you would like if I am getting a refund or my order replaced in the morning. After working a 13.45 hour shift IN FOOD SERVICE !!!! TO FEED MY LOVED ONES AT HOME THAT RETUNED LATE FROM S FUNERAL I HAD TO MISS CAUSE 3 OF THE TEENAGE WORKERS I HAVE TO WORK WITH CALLED OFF TO BE CARELESS...
Read moreThe staff here at the Strongsville, OH location is amazing. However, the fact that their pos system is always down, is extremely disheartening. I’m hypoglycemic and depend on putting food in my body. When I show up to get my food and they are all distraught and recently because they are getting cussed out by customers because they don’t have their order. It’s not the employees fault. And I don’t think it’s fair to your staff. A happy employee is a productive employee. As a leader in the service industry myself, I believe it’s on Marcos, as a company, to address this issue asap, as there are other pizza places locally and you will lose guests. If I were working here, you might lose me as an employee too.
100% I believe you need to upgrade your pos system. Yes, you have a fantastic product. However, you need to address technical issues as soon as they arise. Or, you will run into the issues that I stated. Loss of employees and customers.

The second time they got the order wrong and we had to peel off the pepperoni so my daughter would eat, not the worst but tonight was awful. I called to place an order on my way home I got “place your order online” and hung up on. When I got in there I asked for a manager who was an assistant manager who started to yell but then gathered himself real quick when I pulled out my phone to record his unprofessional behavior. I’m sure they lost plenty of business permanently after tonight. I couldn’t place an order online because I was driving, plenty of people don’t like their financial information online, and plenty of elderly don’t have access to internet at home because they prefer not to.
