We had family in town and I placed an order for 8 single topping large pizzas at 630 am the day of and paid in full for our order. At 130 pm, I received a voicemail from the manager stating that because they were a small store, there was no way they could handle my order. I called back and spoke with the manager and was willing to be flexible (vary pick up times, have the families order separately such as 4 families ordering 2 pizzas each-which doesn’t seem like an incredibly overwhelming number for a Sunday night). However, the manager refused to be flexible, repetitively stating she didn’t want to “waste food or product” (which is hard to understand the concern when we pre-ordered and paid in full) and she was incredibly busy getting things ready for the day and she would be unable to fill our order (we hadn’t scheduled pickup until hours later and again, completely flexible that if we needed to schedule multiple pick ups we would). Overall, such poor customer service inevitably ending in excuses and rudeness that I ended the phone call. On a side note, we were able to turn around and order from a competitor with no issues. Read moreI watched as the people prepping the pizzas never once put on gloves or even washed their hands. The establishment was filthy and it took over an hour to get my order and even then they got the order wrong but I wasn't waiting another hour for one pizza so we just ended up having to go buy ANOTHER pizza from the grocery store on top of the outrageous price we paid for the unsanitary , unacceptable excuse for pizza that we paid for ahead of time therefore losing our money and having no option for a refund. Out of $60 of pizza , over half of it was wasted because Noone wanted to eat a wrong order with someone else's gross germs and God knows what else on their lazily slapped together pizza. Staff was also rude and slow paced like they didn't have a care in the world nor did they care they had several people waiting an extensive amount of time for their orders. The gloveless cook was moving so slow it was almost comical at how little these people care about the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their customers. I'll never return and I'll make sure Noone else I know returns cause this place is a disgusting disorganized...
Read moreThe worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. No delivery available, and the pickup was a disaster. Pizza Hut estimated 35min, and emailed me to say it was ready. I showed up to a long line and only one employee trying to cover the register, the phone, online orders and the kitchen. Duri.g this time, she had to call IT to stop the deluge of online orders, and to do some sort of refund . After waiting 20min in line, she informed me that she hadn't even started baking my pizzas, but she took my online payment and then tipped herself in cash. Apparently, this prevented her from cancelling my order. So, I had to wait for another 35-40 min for her to get around to making the food. I bet 7 other people came in and cancelled their orders during that time. She kept saying that her coworkers didn't show up because they were too busy playing online games. When I finally got the pizzas, she screwed up...
