I ordered a Weedwhacker. It was in stock online. I went to pick it up on Wednesday when I ordered it and they’ve been holding it since then someone called in and has not picked it up. It was inventory online and they refused to give it to me when I went in there on Saturday. And they had to make me go through a whole loop of The getting canceled and I don’t even know if I have it anymore and they said they claimed that it was shipping but I haven’t heard anything from them.

I went in for PVC and nothing was in stock and everything was out of place and no one was willing to help me.

5/21 owner called b/c of this review. They were holding the item for OVER A WEEK FOR A CUSTOMER THAT DIDNT PAY FOR IT. I can’t even imagine how someone can someone can think that is a good business practice. It’s 2024 not the 90s if they want it they should have paid for it ONLINE. I use the Ace Hardware store in Sturgeon Bay very often, many times during the week. ( I am an do it yourself kind of guy ) Everyone that works there is always very helpful. It does not take long to check out. I’m in there so often I usually know where I need to find something. They have very good products And I look forward to shopping there. I’m usually asked if I need help as soon as I get in the store and they radio someone to let them know I’m coming to that part of the store. Nice store with large inventory but employees weren't looking to help and when I got them to help me they had no idea where things were! I overheard 2 different employees complaining about the company and how little their coworkers did. I stood at the paint counter for 5 minutes before one of the 2 employees within site told me someone would be right with me. After another 5 minutes one of those 2 employees called for another employee to help me. Just seems like every employee was unhappy...
