Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Sturgis Township

The food was good. I ordered the honey BBQ chicken strip basket. They brought the food to our table and forgot the ranch, not a big deal, but fairly typical for a fast food restaurant. I'm sure we'll go back sometime. It just doesn't feel as special to me as it apparently does to my children.

Update 4/11/21 - Well we went back and definitely regretted it. We waited 45-60 minutes in the drive through only to get melted blizzards and missing food. Since I ordered for our family of six, it was over $70 for everything. If I wanted to spend that much for lunch, I would recommend not eating here. They flipped one blizzard for us and spilled some of it on the drive up window ledge. If you want to eat here, I would plan on a long wait and make sure you double check your order...

We went through the drive thru for ice cream, we ordered 2 dipped cones and 1 regular cone. We had 1 vehicle ahead of us and once we ordered we sat there for a good 20 minutes before we got up to the window. When we got to the window they had our cones sitting on the counter melting so obviously they had been sitting there for awhile. One employee took our money and walked away and we continued to sit there another 5 minutes while our cones sat there melting even more, just so the employees could yell and argue with each other while we sat there waiting for our cones. We had to sit there listening to them fighting with each other. Not very professional at all, obviously the manager needs...

Poor performance here. On top of all the child labor laws this location broke and made the news with, they also have false advertising. A number 1 meal regular on their menu says 6.99. but when you pull up to window it's almost 11 dollars. Ask them why they said that's the price before drink and fries. Ummm no that's a number 1 MEAL price. So with that price being there it means one of two things. Either it's false advertisment AND/OR they are tricking their customers making you think that's the price for the whole meal listed but really it's just the sandwich price. Either way, lost my households business and I'll be sure to voice my opinion and experience with anyone and...
