Culver’s — Restaurant in Sturgis

I'm from ohio, never been to a Culver's before. So I get to the menu and the lady I find out her name is Gabbie. I tell her never been to one before and she explained a few things to me and she was just so joyful. Very professional very happy. I get up to the window and another smile under her mask. People like this definitely want to make you come back. So I look inside and the floor is immaculate everything so shiny she tells me the place has been open for five or six years. Very very impressed she's a crew leader. Been there since it open and we talked while I was waiting for my food no one was behind me so I stayed at the window and talked everybody in there was just working and very organized very impressed with this chain. I usually don't go to chain restaurants. but I just drove almost 5 hours very tired wanted something simple. Congratulations to the whole place very impressed the food is excellent. I have pictures but can't remember everything I had besides the pretzel bites and cheese, the milkshake salted caramel very thick and very good. Very tasty. Can't wait to try more of these places see if there is good as the Sturgis...

Gets my order wrong more than 50% of the time I have spoken with the Manager and the owner and nothing has changed. At least they are consistent, I guess, because they been like this since day 1 of opening. In the beginning the excuse was training and inexperience due to just opening, now who knows what the reasoning is. I keep going back to give it another try, it is decent food when they get it right, and they keep disappointing me. There is constantly missing items and completely wrong items to the point that I will absolutely not pull away untill i have checked every single item that it's what I ordered and nothing is missing. It's not a difficult job and it's sad that I have to 100% check your work every single time to catch your mistakes before I get home and have to wast my gas driving all the way back so you can correct what you should have done the first...

Absolute BEST shrimp 🍤 I've gotten at a fast food restaurant ever! Hands down! Much Praise 👏 🙌!! I don't know how they do it, the shrimp is HUGE, and normally shrimp THAT BIG is much more expensive! I mean, don't get me wrong... I hope they don't ever raise the price, bc it is a little pricey for a quick fast food stop... but never-the-less the shrimp is SO WORTH IT! I always get extra lemon 🍋 slices and put all over the shrimp, bc it IS NECESSARY for Maximum Yumminess!!! I would much rather get the shrimp from here than from any other place, bc anywhere else is going to give you small to medium (mostly breading) sad pieces of what they call shrimp.... but Culver's....oh my goodness, they...
