The food was good, however we walked in to 3 teeange boys working. The one at the cash register was reprimanding the kid making the subs for messing up someone's order & continued to do so loudly & unprofessionally even though the woman repeatedly said it was fine & she just wanted it fixed. We waited significantly longer than we should have for our food. There were 2 orders ahead of us, 2 of the boys did absolutely NOTHING & watched the kid with the fire helmet make everyone's food. After noticing we still didn't have our food when he came out to fill his soda, instead of jumping in to help, one of the boys said to my husband that "he's still working on it". Did an order ahead pick up. After picking it up and looking at the food, it was just thrown together and extremely messy. The turkey bacon ranch was DRENCHED with ranch. I asked for no tomato or onion on my club and there was tomato for sure, didn’t even look to see if there was onion since I am allergic to tomato. Brought it back in and asked for a new sandwich because I am allergic to tomatoes and I had them the sand-which, he picks off the tomatoes and hands it back to me right away and said here you go. I said no I need a whole new sandwich and there was attitude from the worker. The receipt clearly stated no tomato. We also did not get our pickle spears. Very very disappointed! I used to go almost every week. Sometimes, more than that. It started out this time. The guy that took our order was less than help full. Both mine and my fiancee sandwich was so full of fat, so little meat. NO PICKLES! VERY SOGGY. I took my sandwich and my fiancee sandwich only used about half the meat. Made a new sandwich and split that with her. Oh, the sandwich was the NEW YORKER on both. The sandwiches were soooo different than usual. I really wish I would have taken them back.
