Usually, I like the customer service but I also go to a different location. My elderly father went to the Howard location and he told me all this information in which a lady customer service person had informed him which was completely false today. I am thinking she was trying to keep an older person on a higher priced plan. I had told my dad to look into the prepaid plan...she told him he had to have his own internet service in order to get data...not true, I had to inform him no that capable WIFI connect was only if the phones went out again he could connect to make useable. She also told him he would have to give her his checking account number to get the funds automatically withdrawn...not true either...I informed him he could pay for the entire year right away.
