The food is good, not great, good. Hummus was great but they were very stingy with bread only giving 4 small pieces of pita (which were good but we had a party of 7), sounds dumb but you go to a place like Juniper in Wellesley and they are generous with something like this for the same cost. The flavors of everything we ordered were good but as someone mentioned they tended to go heavy on the salt. The lentil nachos were actually one of my favorites.
Service was slow and disjointed, they missed an item and then brought it out twice and then took back the extra. I think most restaurants would just give the customer the extra since they mishandled the order and it is tapas after all.
The servers were all very nice (and seemed to be new to food industry) but honestly it was some of the slowest service around which is understandable since it is new. The drinks were way, way over priced. A grey goose martini was $27!! And it was a badly poured martini which was very small and way too much olive juice and not stuffed olives which were included on the bill. The other drinks other than the cucumber margarita were not good at all, so for example they did not know how to make a manhattan.
I may give it another try in 4 or 6+ months as they try to figure stuff out but for me it's a hard pass for the near term. It did not make me wanting to come back for more, especially...
Read moreI’ve been to Zayith Tapas multiple times now, and every visit has been consistently impressive. From the moment you walk in, there's a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you're in for something special. Let me start with the drinks, the Zayith Mai Tai is incredible. I find myself ordering it almost every time I go. It’s become my go-to cocktail. As for the food, I can't recommend the beef sliders enough. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right they’re the kind of small plate that hits the spot every single time. The portion is ideal for sharing and they're always served hot and fresh. Service is another standout here. The servers are consistently attentive without being overbearing, and they genuinely seem to care about your experience. On my last few visits, our server checked in at just the right times, offered great menu suggestions, and made sure our drinks and plates arrived quickly — which they did, every time. If you're looking for a place with delicious tapas, great cocktails, and top-tier service, Zayith Tapas should be at the top of your list. It’s quickly become one of my favorite...

We recently dined at a new tapas spot with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience fell flat. Every dish we tried was average at best—lacking in flavor, inspiration, or anything memorable. For the premium prices charged, we expected far more creativity and quality.
Drinks were similarly underwhelming. While the cocktail list looked promising on paper, the execution left them tasting uninspired and forgettable.
Our server was polite but not particularly helpful. We weren’t given any guidance on how many plates to order—something that’s typically essential with tapas—and overall, the service felt more performative than welcoming. We couldn’t shake the feeling that we were just another checkbox on the evening’s list.
To be fair, dining options in the area are limited, and perhaps with time this restaurant will find its footing. But as it stands now, it’s not a place we’re eager to return to. If you’re looking for vibrant, flavorful tapas with a more authentic feel, we’d recommend making the trip to Azúcar in...
