Avoid this place! Never have I ever experienced more unprofessional customer service. I used to go here daily. I ignored the fact that I have an issue almost every time I visit this location. They are never consistent with the quality of the coffee or the food. I was willing to overlook it for a long time because of the convenience of the location. I finally had enough and filled out the customer satisfaction survey at the bottom of my receipt. The corporate office emailed me and apologized. They stated that a manager from the Suffield, CT Dunkin Donuts would be contacting me. Couple days later a "Waynesha Martin" emailed me. The email stated another apology and to see attachment. I opened the attachment only to find an apology letter. Weird, maybe one apology email was enough, why the attachment? Maybe I was expecting too much but I do visit this Dunkin Donuts everyday (add that up). I responded back to "Waynesha" "thanks for the apology". Never was I rude or threatening in my response. Within 5 minutes "Waynesha" decided that she would respond by calling my personal number. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. You wouldn't believe the voicemail she left me. Threatened me, stated that I "should come down to the Dunkin Donuts now to talk face to face". I could also hear staff laughing in the background. Ladies we all know the tone of threats and "Waynesha" left it in a voicemail message. I am still shocked and horrified that she felt it right to call me and act so unprofessional. This is how they treat paying customers who have bad experience because of their staff? I emailed back asking her not to contact me again. I had no choice but to reach out to the corporate office and report "Waynesha" and this location. I will never be back. Like I stated, AVOID THIS PLACE. If this is how they treat customers imagine how they treat the food &...
Read moreThe sandwiches are made properly, but while ordering my coffee this am. the counter staff started giggling as 1 person was making my coffee,it was Not made as ordered, and you can't see what they are doing while making your coffee, I now know what they were giggling about, when I finally had a chance to taste my coffee I can taste the turbo shots ,that I did Not order ,they skipped over how it was ordered and made it how they wanted, how sad,and unprofessional, with employees that intentionally make orders wrong ,at the expense of the customer...just because my order is specific, I have been to hundreds of D&D's along the east coast, this one by far has the most unprofessional counter staff, that seems unable to read the simple list of ingredients wanted in my coffee, making me glad my contract is ending in this area. Oh and when you wear a mask to protect the customer, you might want it to cover your nose also , as you are...
Read moreThe staff are extremely slow, they don’t care about anything but the take outs not the line of people that have to get to work or the kids that need to get to school. Always out of stock of things , napkins are empty, place is dirty and my order is messed up a lot. I spend a lot of money there and I can’t afford to wait almost a 1/2 hour. People are always complaining in line and something needs to be done about it!! Bathrooms are also disgusting, you need a good manager and a proper staff that knows how to work in high functionings places like Dunkin’ Donuts. You also need to keep out kids from school that like to do tic tok videos while grown adults try to have a...
