Dunkin' — Restaurant in Suffolk

Ok, so this is my second review. As I said before, I give any place a chance. First, I get in the drive-thru line-no one but me was in the line. I ordered 3 wraps with coffee. I get to the window, I get my coffee, and then was told to move to the handicap spot and they'll bring out my wraps. I asked was there a problem since i was THE ONLY ONE in the line. He said it's just slow. What does that mean?

Ok, I get my order, looked at at wraps, looked at the sticker on the bag to make sure that I forgot something, and then walk back in into DD because the wraps were not made correctly. Second time. Well, if the folks would stop talking about nothing and worry about the folks who are patronizing them, it would be better. I am a DD fan, but some of these locations make you want to take your business elsewhere. I'll got to Wawa for breakfast...

So, I ordered breakfast via the app. I always order a sandwich or wrap with white cheddar cheese. Today, my wraps were made with American cheese. I gave them back the wraps so that they could remake them. When I got my wraps, the person who made it just threw it in the bag ( see picture). For whatever reason she was in a rush, she DID NOT CARE how she made the wraps. Presentation is everything.

Horrible service. We placed a mobile order 25 minutes prior and when I walked in it was nowhere to be seen. I waited in line, then the front worker stepped away to make coffees. I get it - I'll wait. She finally comes up to me a few minutes later and I explain I'm here for my mobile order but don't see it anywhere. She says ok and goes to get it, then someone catches her and asks about his coffee(I think he went through the drive thru and they messed it up) so she drops what she is doing for me, takes his drink, and fixes it for him instead of handling my stuff first. Then, she says oh we're out of apple fritters. Ok, another coffee roll is fine. Ok. Another minute - oh we're out of everything bagels. Ok... What bagels do you have? I asked her what bagels she has and she replied with plain. So I grudgingly say ok - I'm over this. Another minute goes by and she comes back and says oh we're out of plain. How about an English muffin? So I say fine. 15 minutes later - now it's been a good 45 minutes for my 2 sandwiches, toast, and 2 coffee rolls that they just had to take out of the case. 45 minutes. And another woman had to check on me at one point because guess what - the sandwiches weren't made! The one they could make, anyway. Awful - will not return. I hope you have...

If I could share the video I would show you. I went to your dunkin' donuts this afternoon about 1:15 p m, I ordered a small cappuccino and 2 Boston cream. I live more than an hour away. So my thought was eat them while I was on my drive. It's cold and rainy and storming today. So I thought the cappuccino would be good for the drive as well. I started eating one of the Boston crame and I did not see any cream. Or custard inside so I put it aside. And I looked at the second one. And I saw 6 little teeny holes in the bottom of the second one but when I pulled it apart, it was absolutely no custard at all. I made a video I could send to you. I took a sip of the cappuccino. And quickly realized it had no sugar or any taste of any kind. It was creamy looking but there was no froth at the top and there was no sugar in it, so it was undrinkable for my drive. If that is standard to not put any sugar in it. I was not offered any sugar or anything else to make it any better. So both of the doughnuts are completely c* and the coffee cappuccino was disgusting. It tasted like black coffee. I was craving the cream and the custard from the Boston cream. And basically it was like a chocolate...
