P.S. came back today(9-27-24) wonderful burrito fajitas, super taco Fiesta salad, street corn (elote) and burrito ruleta was just heavenly!!!!! Congrats to Mr. Jose Luis A on the service, chefs and everyone else, very attentive. 👌 we'll be back.

(9-30-24) The dinner fajitas were absolutely delicious!! (Just like I knew it would be!!) Amazing service from Ms. Gladis G! (As usual!!) And the rest of the staff. 11-22-24 Another wonderful meal today!!!!!! The flaca salad was very delicious!!!! First time having that one!!! Excellent service was provided by Mr. José Luis once again. Excellent management by the other Mr. Luis!!🤣😂 We'll be back as soon as possible!!

Another perfect meat today!!! A great restaurant will always keep you guessing!!! Everything was out of this world good today!!! WHOOOOOOOO!! The Enciladas Verde Agave was a new item on their new and improved menu!!! Fajitas and the hot cheese were memorable!! A few dollars more but you can't get specialized food like this everyday!! Lordy!! I'm very impressed y'all!! Keep up the great work!! Other locations should be as impressive as yours!! Keeping pounding on that anvil!! Senior José Luis A, amazing service as always!!!!!!!!!! If you don't have money for a sizable tip, don't go to this restaurant, they will harass you and I'll explain this at the end. The service was not that great, our waiter had to be called twice by another waiter. We were there for about 45 min total,  and he only came back once to our table to refill our drinks. The food is Americanized mexican food, not authentic. Most of the soft tacos and burritos have what we called "taco bell meat",instead of actual chopped beef,  they put white cheese on top of everything including rice. The female bathrooms smelled like urine and there was water near and around the toilets, both of them. The only two good things about the restaurant what their Horchata, and the easy access to the restaurant from the main road, hence the one star. So, back to the tip, like I said, the food and the service was not that great. So my family left a 10% tip for the meal. My mother left hers on the table, and everyone else left it in their credit card. So, we're leaving the venue, and I'm in my car with my kids.... And here comes the waiter and stops at my car window to say " was the service so bad that you only left $5 dollars?, wow, really? ( my mom was only giving a tip for herself and my 2 year old nephew). So I said "Everyone else left a tip". He said "no, there are only $5 dollars, that's it, next time I'll just add the gratuity to your bill" At this point I'm flabbergasted that he had the guts to come outside and talk to me about this, TRYING to embarrass me. So I tell him "everyone else left a tip on their credit card, not on the table, and now because of your attitude, you just earned a very negative review on the restaurant". The waiter came outside before asking to see the tips on the cards, he just saw the cash and was mad, this shows the character of the restaurant...

My husband and I are regulars at Plaza Azteca. The food is good but it can depend on the day whether you get good service. My biggest peeve is the service around my favorite dish. It is served in a lunch and dinner portion. I would prefer a lunch portion but like today, if you go on a Sunday or 15 minutes after lunch service ends, the waitress we have most often refuses to help me with a smaller portion. This forces me to order a much larger, more expensive (not by much) portion. I fail to understand this. The only difference between the two portion sizes is one burrito vs. 2. I've been fortunate to get waiters who will help me with a lunch portion outside of lunch hours in the past, which leaves me with the impression that it depends on how lazy the waitress is or how much of a tip I need to leave! For me, a waiter who helps me with this is a GREAT waiter! Of course, when it comes time for the bill, they have preset tip buttons starting at 18%. If you aren't happy with your service there is a button for no tip or a custom tip, which I always opt for. My husband and I are generous tipper if the service warrants,...
