Ordered meal on the app, took about 7 minutes to get to the store and still had to wait over 10 minutes. There was also 1 person ahead of me who had to wait over 15 minutes for 3 tacos. Tables and front counter looked like they were wiped with dirty rags. Watched the person making some of the food and she was slower than molasses. Took her nearly 2 minutes to make a single bean burrito. Ordered 1 soft taco, Mexican pizza, and a beefy 5 layer burrito, no sauce packets, with a large drink and cinnamon twists. When my order was finally up, they put it on the pick up shelf and didn't call it out or give me a cup. Also had over a dozen assorted sauce packets that I didn't want or need. Had to spend a couple more minutes trying to get my cup. Soft taco had gross tortilla, twists were hard as rocks. Terrible experience. Update 1/3/2024: went to get a couple burritos from the drive thru almost midnight. Used the app to order, got to the speaker and gave my name. Wait a couple minutes behind one other car, then get to the window and wait a little under 2 minutes and they hand me my food. Burritos were hot, tasty and made correctly with the small customizations I made. Was pleasantly surprised at how different this experience was from every single time I have been there before. Read moreI'm not really sure why I bother going to this taco bell anymore. Nearly every time I go through the drive thru I'm waiting for 30ish minutes. The same thing happened this time and my food was all bad. The crispy part of the mexican pizza must've been by the cinnamon twists because it tasted weirdly of cinnamon and the rice in my cheesy bean and rice burrito was obviously undercooked because it was crunchy. While we were waiting at the drive thru window to get our food, we waited for nearly 10 minutes just there and none of the employees acknowledged us or mentioned why it was taking so long. Next time I'll drive to the further away taco bell and pray that its better.
The worst part is, they dont even acknowledge if you send them a bad review from the reviews on the receipt. I dont think they even look at them. My fault for going to taco bell and expecting it to be...
Read moreIt's amazing how often they get my order wrong, and it's even more amazing how little they care. They consistently leave black beans out of my chicken bowl, then always want to look at me like I grew two heads when I go in there to get the beans I ordered.
Go to the one on Godwin. It's better. They're more accurate, and IF they screw up, they apologize and give you a coupon.
6 months later: I should have taken my own advice above. This location still sucks. They don't give a crap about being polite or professional, and they are as slow as ever. On top of that, now you have to talk to a stupid computer at the drive through. No, thank you. I'd like to speak to a human, please.
Or maybe not. At least the computer is polite. They should definitely pay HER $15 an hour!
