Came to ihop with my 2 girls to have some breakfast on haloween night. My oldest loves pancakes so i knew this would be a good choice. Walked in only a few tables had people so i was thinking it would be a good quick experance... first we waited 5 min before anyone noticed us. Then waited another 15 min so that they could seat us even though their was no one their. Non of the tables where clean, and the manager or hostice just stood their looking at us instead of grabbing a rag to clean off a table. Finally got seated and was told that a waiter would be with us soon, never was asked if either of my toddlers needed a seat so they both just sat on my lap until 15 min later the waiter shows up. Really nice and friendly, i thought to myself this is where it will change into a good experiance. Nope, after placing my order i had to ask twice in 10 min just so my crying baby could have her chocolate milk and i could have my orange juice. Finally got our drinks and i had already been their for at least 45 min. Still in my mind i thought the food has never been bad before thats why i come here.... i get my food, bacon medium eggs and hash browns. I use to cook at a restaurant like this one so ik how it can be so i never complain about food and till this day, it is the first time i have ever sent my food back to the kitchen. My eggs were super over hard and bacon looks like it has been sitting in a pan all day soaked in grease. But still i was going to eat it, until i cut into my hash browns to find them so over cooked and old that it was no longer food at that point... by far the worst experiance i have had anywhere at a dinning facility. Never will i go back. Should have read the reviews before i came new management is a joke and should be washing dishes. PS orange...
Read moreMy family and I came here to have a late brunch at around 11-11:30. There was already a wait, and we were a party of 8, so it took a while to get seated, which we were fine with and expected. We sat down at our table, and it took about 15-20 minutes before the waitress came over to get our order. By that time, we knew what we all wanted and we put our orders in, and shortly after we got our drinks. An hour goes by, and we’re still waiting on our food, so my parents go to try and talk to our waitress and the manager to see what was going on, as everyone else in the restaurant had food, and the other side of the restaurant was empty except for one couple who already had their food as well. We were then told that our food was still being made, as they spent the whole hour taking care of to-go orders instead of the table that had been there waiting. We got up and left, and we tipped our waitress as it wasn’t her fault, and we all understood that.
I do understand that we were a party of 8, and the amount of food we ordered would take a while, however, it is not the best look as a restaurant if you can serve your biggest party within an hour of them being there, and you instead focus on taking care of takeout orders, even if they were newer, and you don’t make an effort to approach the table and tell them what’s going on. No matter what was going on, something needs to change in that IHOP, whether it’s policy, staff, or management that needs to get in order. Service was way too slow, and the staff didn’t seem to care all that much except for the busser who cleaned the table, and the server who took care of us. Just a really...
Read moreTwo friends took me here 5/11/25 Mother's day at 9:20 am because I've been talking about french toast for a week. We were sat on the left side from the entrance. One of my friends are larger and the booth was very tight. I asked the server could she please come here as I didn't want to speak loudly. She stopped only mid-way causing to ask louder then planned (can we please sit somewhere else we are a little tight here) she said "y'all can sit over there and pointed. We changed seats, no problem. After sitting 10 mins she came and put 2 folded napkins on the corner of the table. 7 mins later she came and took our drink and food orders. A few moments later I looked over to the table of the couple that came in after us and they had coffee and orange juice on the table. After flagging the server back, I said why do the people that came in after us have drinks on the table and we still don't have ours? As she walked away she said I put your order in first. She then at the next two tables after taking orders or whatever spoke louder to ensure we heard her say " Thank you for your patience" in which was never said before I asked the question. Keep in mind we still don't even have water on the table and at 20 minutes in her section. With over 30 yrs in customer service and being served, she would be the last person I'd want to handle my food, so we walked out. But also because of my history I'm a big tipper and today is a give out some of the Blessings to all my servers today, young lady with the big brown eyes, big hair and awesome loud socks... Big Big Big Mistake! No worries, it will be given to...
