Subway — Restaurant in Suffolk

Terrible customer service. I walked in and a worker was putting drinks in the fridge. She looked at me and kept doing what she was doing. I walked up to the counter and the guy (looked like a manager) was behind it making a sandwich. He looked me in my face several times and did not say a word. Just kept making his sandwich. Didn't say "ill be right with you" or ANYTHING. No words left his mouth and no words left hers. So I left. That is terrible customer service. I was literally just standing there awkwardly not knowing what to do and he said nothing. Yet kept looking at me every couple seconds. The way he kept looking at me made it seem like I was disturbing him by standing there. I will not be returning here and I suggest noone else...

I just bought a chipotle sub from subway..... I have cramps by the time I reached home. I can taste a closet pesticide. Military seal and 205 girlfriend came home at same time. Since I really don’t have a lot of time for lunch decided to order ahead. When arriving there it was very busy. When getting to the front I have told the worker that I am here for a pick up. He looked at the order and order was wrong he basically told the other worker about the sandwich but she obviously looked like she just didn’t care it was wrong. Not only was a order wrong they weren’t apologetic either and took 10 mins to remake my order. Worse customer service ever. I rather drive 2 miles away to the other...
