Wendy's — Restaurant in Suffolk

Worst experience at a Wendy's ever! If I could give it to zero Stars I would. The drive-thru worker was beyond the rudest person ever. No greeting, kept rushing me to make my order, snatching the money out of my hand and then throwing my change at me. I didn't receive my receipt when I left the drive-thru so I went back in and her and the rest of the Wendy's crew just stood there and looked at me until I said hello can someone help me please! Needless to say I left that place cursing all of them out because it's not my fault that they work at Wendy's and they're not happy with their lives but I'll be damned if I'm going to have a person treat me in that way. The last time I checked this company is a customer service based restaurant, but damn did they surely hire the wrong people for that job! I guess they give anyone a job nowadays. It's sad too because this is a newer store and I would have thought the workers would have been a lot more courteous and respectful. Wendy's... You proved me wrong and best believe you have lost yet again another customer. Get it together...

I don't usually eat Wendy's but this was the only restaurant in the area for fast food at the time. The cashier was young and friendly but got the orders wrong. The food came fairly quickly. The manager made up for the errors with no incident. I don't know if it's my age or the food but I became very ill. I don't think it was because of the quality of the food because oddly enough it was fresh, hot and tasted OK. But I stopped eating Wendy's years ago and I'm paying for eating again. I gave three stats not because of anything they did but no matter when I think of them I feel sick. However the store was clean and no complaints because I knew I shouldn't have eaten there. Why am I sharing this negative story? So ppl my age (55) realize the older you get the less certain foods will agree with you so we can't blame the food or restaurant unless it's their fault and in this case IT WAS NOT!! My old body just can't eat from Wendy's which used to be one of my favorite places. Bye old friend. I'll let the younger generation enjoy you. Be sure to stop by this Wendy's there...

Just got home with a $12.99 family-sized chili from the Godwin location. I very specifically asked for cheese and onion to be included and presumed the chili would be topped off with the cheese and onion like other locations do. Was told there would be an additional charge for the cheese. Fair enough. All said, order ran me $15 and some change. Got home and opened the bag to find two tiny side containers. One cheese and one onion and neither was remotely enough to top one serving of this chili. I had three mouths to feed with this order! What I wanna know, is who prepared a half gallon of chili and thought that these tiny side containers would suffice in completing the meal for multiple people? But hey, at least the Godwin location got to pick my pockets for some extra change! Wendy’s should be grateful that I even chose to spend my money there in the first place. Rest assured I won’t be going back...
