Only reason I am leaving 3 stars is because at least the food was good and 2 other servers named regina and christina were so nice to me and my friend after being treated very rudely for asking a question! We sat down in the bar area about 3 hours before y'all closed NOONE else but my friend an I were sitting in the area! The bar tender/ our server (who's name i didnt grab) but i should of! Comes and takes our drink order! Doesnt offer us any lemonades or mega beer so right there i already knew i had free onions rings but didn't act upon it! She made no effort to tell me what i was ordering was also on their half price appetizer menu! So i decided to do the 2 for 10.99 deal on the appetizers not realizing they were only half orders on the plate! Tell me what good server wouldnt suggest or try and point me towards where i could get more for my buck! Upselling! Its where you make your money and a better your tip! (Ive been in the service industry from dishwasher, cook, server and now management) so i know the in's and out's. I ordered a drink to which it took almost 15 minutes for her to make. It ended up being watered down and tasted like someone had just put orange juice and sprite in a glass and served it! She didnt come back to check if we needed anything after getting our food! When the time came I VERY POLITELY! asked why i wasnt told about the half priced apps and she snapped back at me so badly not ONLY was I taken back by it but my friend, the people in the booth next to us, and a server all said something to me after she walked away! Ok in all my years in the industry I would NEVER!!! and i mean NEVER speak to a customer that way over something so small as a question to why something was done the way it was! We had planed on staying ordering a few more drinks and some desserts because we just weren't ready to leave so she had ample opportunity to make even more money! But in the end I was so angry with how she treated me that we paid our bill and left! She got no tip ( and I always leave more than 20%) my suggestion to y'all is you get that RUDE inconsiderate and down right nasty attitude having woman from behind your bar before you ACTUALLY start losing customers! And by the looks of that place on a Saturday night i can understand people not coming by! The only reason i will consider returning to this location was because of the other 2 servers that went above an beyond to make sure i would would come back! Im writing corporate tomorrow as well! In all 12 years I've had in the business i know for a FACT if i had spoken to any customer like that id of been fired on the spot! Management was also a little unprofessional as well. He sat right next to bar and giggled and joked around with the same said server/bartender! He made no effort to walk the dining room at all and ask anyone how their meal or service was! All in all you should be praising those 2 other woman because they actually gained a customer you would have lost! Appreciate those good employees and weed...

Now I do realize this review is long but you got to hear this!!! I called the manager Krystal and explained to her that my sons hamburger which he ordered the whiskey, bacon, burger, lacked the special sauce, and so at the very last bite he was able to taste the wonderful experience of the sauce on the burger and he was extremely disappointed I mean the look on my sonās face! I asked well how good was it? He said good enough to make him mad. So along with my next order, the manager agreed to make him another burger with fresh fries and send it with my Grubhub order at no charge. I told the manager that would be wonderful and I thanked her. I also let the manager (Krystal) know that I was not able to have sugar and to please make sure that the Coke is Coke zero and she said she sure would. After I hung up with Krystal within I would say probably10 to15 minutes later, I got a call from Krystal explaining to me that they forgot a part of my order and my GrubHub driver was already headed to my house, but she reassured me that the order that was forgotten would personally be delivered to my home. She asked for my address and reassured me again that someone would be bringing my order. when I called back the manager Nikki answered the phone she was so very nice and pleasant to speak to, I was actually calling to ask a question concerning something else and thatās when Nikki, the other manager, let me know that the manager Krystal was on her way to my house with my food. I couldnāt believe it! I said, are you serious! The manager Krystal literally brought it to my door just so that my son would have the experience that he was looking for. once he got, a bite of that whiskey, bacon, burger, he closed his eyes like that burger was everything he said now thatās what Iām talking about! Now thatās good! All I can say is Krystal and Nikki got that tag team of excellence game strong you hear me! šŖš½š„šŖš½ I also noticed that Krystal for an added touch, remembered that I couldnāt have sugar, and she was personally making sure that I had Coke zero. For an added touch of excellence, she wrote my name on the cup of the Coke zero and drew a colored in heart over my name. What she does not know is my mother is no longer with me, but when I was little my mother used to draw the same exact little hearts that were curved and colored in over my name with drawings of little butterflies. š¦ I was amazed all I could do was sit back and smile from ear to ear, that gesture absolutely warmed my heart. They weren't very busy, more empty tables than customers, however we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. After finally being seated at our table we say another 10-15m for a hostess to approach our table for drink orders & another 15m before receiving those drinks & have our food order taken. During all that time, we had remained Patient (without issue) even though an hour had past since we arrived and hadn't even ordered our food. After having our order taken we waited 45min before the waitress began bringing our meals, each person at our table was being served minutes apart.. not only that but this food that we had so kindly, understandingly, and patiently awaited was COLD!! Not one single person at our table had a warm meal, it was all cold as if it had sat on a counter 45min before being served to us. So I quietly, without a scene, informed the waitress of the issue. The waitress rudely responded saying (they had done the best they could) I told her there was no excuse for a customer to be served cold meals especially after being made to Wait almost 2hrs before being served. The waitress continued to be rude taking no responsibility for horrible service.... that is when our Patience ran out, I asked for the manager at that point is when she(waitress) raised her voice shaking her head, popping her neck in such a ghetto fabulous way) acting as if she was having an argument in the streets about to throw hands. The manager approached, I told him how unprofessional his waitress was as well as the issue he stated "he would take one of the meals off of our bill" NO! I asked him to look at our plates, I pointed out proof & fact not one of us had taken more than 2 bites of the food we had waited 2hrs for. He(mngr) stated he couldn't do anything more than removing the cost of ONE meal. I explained that if we - the customers- we unable to eat our food due to the horrible taste of hard cold potatoes, noodles, steak...and more why we should be charged for a full dinner that no one was able to eat because of the terrible customer service and possibility of contamination from cold temperatures. Manager did not want to take ownership of the actions of his restaurant and while talking with him..the waitress kept walking by and snapping her neck talking under her breath and giving me hateful looks.
