I'd been wanting to switch my phone to a different one and when I went into my local store (Cumming, Ga) they didn't have it and the guy who "helped" me was not helpful at all. So, when I was in Buford for a birthday party, I decided to call around the stores in that area and spoke with Iris. She confirmed they had the phone I wanted, so we headed over immediately. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and also Iris as a person. It took probably way more time than she anticipated to switch over my data, because I had a ridiculous amount to be transferred, but she was beyond helpful and so incredibly friendly and patient, that I am seriously considering driving the 30 min to go to her store the next time I need anything. One of the most incompetent stores and the rudest store associates. I came in for a number transfer on Black Friday and I was the only customer at that moment in that store. After getting all my account details from my current provider, the store associates told me that they have system issues and they can't do anything. They even took my driver's license for entering into their system. When I insisted to wait till the issue resolves, they threatened to call 911. But after my mom was done, I wanted to pay my bill and change phones and the guy said let me help him right quick. So he help him, I had my niece with us ok.
