Save yourself a headache and go to another location.
We stopped by for two single scoops of ice cream. The scoops we were served were hallow inside. The emplyee serving the ice cream knew this and when asked why they were not serving full scoops of ice cream, simply stated that they were full scoops. They had a very limited selection of flavors and overcharge for 1/3 scoops by charging full price. This is just ridiculous!
Add to this the employee who helped us had a poor attitude as well not just with us but also talking poorly about other customers using the drivethru service and the orders they were placing.
The store exterior and interior have been remodeled, but that does not improve the quality of the service received. The interior, while remodeled, is not upkept. The tables and floor are dirty.
We will definitely not go back to this location and discourage others from giving this establishment your...

I was a loyal Dunkin customer until last week when employee Sumon decided he was not going to show any customer service. The whole week he did not talk to me in the drive thru window he would in a throw like manor toss my stuff to me . At first I thought wow he is off this week but on Saturday as usual I went to.get my coffee . My boyfriend proceeded to order my coffee and in the middle of the order Sumon said NO I will no longer make that drink. All I asked for was a large hot coffee with Vanilla Bean flavor added. He denied my drink and when my boyfriend said she comes her everyday he said I know but I will no longer make it! Read morePoor Latina, girl that was in the drive-through was getting her butt tossed making orders having a line while the other girl (Indian-Asian descent) that was inside managing the front who had NO CUSTOMERS INSIDE. Was just complaining to her that she was taking too long instead of helping her do the orders and help her pass the drinks out every car had to wait about 15 minutes and I had placed a mobile order and waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes and my order wasn’t ready by the time I came up to the window. And for the girl inside that wasn’t at the drive-through to be complaining and saying that my order wasn’t ready and having a whole little argument with the one in the drive-through that I can hear is very unprofessional disrespectful.
