So this place use to be my friends’ and I go to place. Today I had the worst experience ever. I don’t usually write reviews but the staff here totally wanted to embarrass me. FOLKS DONT GO HERE! The ownership has changed and they ID…… they were about to not let me in because I had my 18 year old sister with me! After speaking to the manager they said they would “let it slide” and I told them she has no interest in smoking anyways. So we got seated, and no they didn’t have any of the drinks I wanted off their menu… once my friends arrived the waiter started asking for Id’s once again…. Even though the manager had said it was okay. YES we were are all CLEARLY over the age of 21. After embarrassing us in front of everyone we decided to leave. So then the manager wants to step in and say “comp the drinks” as of money is the issue…… if the owners read this review please train your staff to be a little more kind and respectful. Crave hookah lounge has lost a loyal customer, and I will be sure to inform all of my...

He gave us drinks on the house and upgraded our hookah. Usually I would be frustrated but Mr. Khan went up and above to accommodate us. Really do love this place!
So i came here two times already before they fully opened (New Years Eve 2022 is their grand opening) and let me just say, I absolutely love this place. The waitresses were amazing, they took our order, were very kind and they even brought out complimentary gulab jamons and games for us to play. The hookah was smooth and their menu is probably the best menu I’ve seen at any hookah lounge. So many options! The food also was absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend going here if you ever want a chill night out and want good and...
Read moreI just ordered sweet & sour chicken and what I got was siracha chicken. I called as they advertise a "sweet and tangy sauce" and this was like hot buffalo spice chicken. When I called to speak to a manager there was no manager on site. I suggest you either change the description from "sweet and tangy" to "sweet and sour" or better yet, spend some time at a asian restaurant where they will show you the difference between "sweet and sour sauce" and siracha/hot spicy and there wasn't even a sauce the chicken was in more of a paste. Here another issue. When I called there "mailbox was full and will not be answered" and then after I hung up...they called back. Never again for me they offered me "not a refund" but "swap it for another dish". If I wanted another dish I would not have ordered sweet and...
