I don’t usually do a review, but I will do this today. We have purchased food from this food truck multiple times, but this time there were additional charges that I wasn’t told about when I made the order. After checking the menu on the website we noticed that there is a $1.00 up charge to spice up your order. We never noticed that before, so I called them to ask a question about the up. I asked the lady that answered the phone, is this a new charge. She responded ‘maybe’, with an attitude. To be a loyal customer for over 2 years and that’s the way you respond, that’s not cool. That’s how you lose customers. I’ve told all my friends that go there, and they agreed that this situation wasn’t right. They’re going to stop going there as well.
