The dining room is closed still so we went through the drive thru (this is not the issue but sets up the review nicely). When ordering the young lady was extremely rude. We ordered 3 meals and a kids meal. After the second meal she said "uh, come on!" when I said we have one more. After every order it was "ok!". We then proceeded to wait over 10 minutes in the drive thru line with 2 cars in front of us. When we got to the window, we kindly greeted her and she just said our total, ignoring our "hi, good afternoon, how are you?". She took our card and slammed the window shut. She gave us our drinks (which were wrong, but we didn't say anything because it wasn't a huge deal) and then slammed the window closed again. She came back a moment later and said (in a very snotty, I-dont-want-to-be-here tone) "move up there by the trash can, I'll bring your food out" to which my husband replied, no thank you, we'll wait right here for our food. She slammed the window shut again while audibly sighing and rolling her eyes. A couple of minutes passed and she came again and told (never asked) us to move again. The manager was standing right there and asked her about it and she told the manager "we didn't have chicken ready and it had to be pulled from the freezer so it will be a few minutes and he won't move up." Well, we quickly said, no one told us it wouldn't be ready otherwise we would have ordered something different. She rolled her eyes (again) and audibly heavily groaned at us again and slammed the window closed again. We finally got our food and were checking to make sure our order was right (my husband's burger was wrong, but we didn't complain because it wasn't a huge issue). We tried to get her attention to return something to her and she ignored us. She finally acknowledged us and my husband gave her the returned item and we said "thank you have a good day!" to which she rolled her eyes and slammed the window shut again.
So, in all if you like waiting 24 minutes for 3 meals and a kids meal (that weren't even correct) and being spoken to disrespectful by maybe a 16 year old girl with an attitude problem, then please ignore this review. Otherwise, maybe go to the Whataburger...
Read moreIf someone can tell me how to rate this lower than a 1, I'll do it. First, let me tell you about simply trying to get the food. I pulled into the drive-thru lane with one car at the speaker. To be clear, we were the only two cars in the entire line. That car ordered their food and pulled forward to the window. So, I, of course, pulled up to the speaker. The person at the other end of the speaker asked me to wait before placing my order. The car at the window got their food and drove away. I waited a few more seconds in silence before saying "Hello?" Only then did they come back on to take my order. The ONLY customer at the entire restaurant (they only do drive-thru), and I had to remind them that I was there in order to place my order? So, now let me tell you about the food itself... Wait, I can't. They brought me the wrong food. Yes, ladies and gentlemen. I was the only customer, meaning they only had one order to work on. And they got that one order wrong. But certainly, after waiting so long, then getting the wrong food, they would make up for it with exceptional customer service, right? WRONG!!! When I asked to speak to the manager to voice my frustration at the length of time it took to get the wrong food, and ask for a refund instead of waiting for new food, her answer was (and I quote) "I don't get paid enough to listen to complaints. Call the owner." When I asked for the owner's information, she responded "It's on the website." Then she walked off and disappeared back into the locked building. No food. No refund. That's correct. As a perfect punctuation to this customer service nightmare, I still have not received a refund...
Read moreThere's nothing like dairy Queen! Had a double belt buster with cheese ketchup pickle onion, order a fries with a side of gravy for dipping and because it's October I got myself my first pumpkin pie blizzard of the season! Very nice young gentleman waited on me he was 25 years old and extremely courteous. Something we don't see enough oven today is world somebody who actually cared about taking the order, making sure it was correct and even walked my completed order out to my table.
Now it's soapbox time! There were three women in the restaurant with three younger children one somewhere between 10 months and 14 months and the other two were slightly older but under five. One of the women presumably the mother was teasing playfully, the toddler. Which hey if you've had kids, we've all done this. But the little girl was howling at the top of her lungs laughing and screaming about being taunted and teased. Our society stinks! Nobody cares about anybody else, just whatever makes their foolish little needs content. And this is a small place, and I moved as far away as I could from the table with all of these kids. I just wanted to sit in the corner I had an appointment in about a half an hour so I was in no rush, and all I could do was listen to that little girl screaming. After giving up on the hopeless fact that they might actually be irritating somebody inside the restaurant, I walked over about two tables away and said ma'am excuse me would you mind please, not antagonizing her so she'll stop screaming. Well that went over is just as you thought it might have a dirty look a hand gesture and continuing to aggravate...
