One thing about Popeyes. Their service is terrible across the board. Had it not been for Bianca, another fight would have been on Twitter based on the poor customer service and arrogance exuded by the brats that are hired and placed into roles where treating people right is no longer a standard. A simple apology would suffice from the “Jose” guy or whatever his name is but instead he chose to be dismissive and tell my wife what he’s “not going to do” and stand on being disrespectful towards my wife and pulled the bratty move of saying “if you want to file a complaint, go ahead.” All that tells me is this is normal for Popeyes and they don’t correct the behavior or hold them accountable with consequences for their actions. One thing I choose to not do is patronize with an establishment that continues to be a let down and this location is the epitome of that. My wife continues to have issues with this location. She ordered a 5 piece, got home and saw it was only 3 pieces of chicken. Bianca was the first to apologize and tried to reconcile. I sat and didn’t say anything, but the guy buckled down on stating he counted the chicken. I wasn’t with my wife when she picked it up, she got home, we looked at it and it was indeed only 3 pieces. I hope he learns his lesson that in customer service, when a CUSTOMER tells you there is an issue with an item, you apologize first and try to find a solution. Not be dismissive and arrogant because then the husband wouldn’t have to step in. Life has a great way of showing you how to treat people. ATP Popeye’s can shut down across the board. I’ve stopped getting food from...
Read more"Love that Popeye's Fried Chicken!" This particular location deserves every word of that jingle. The drive- through lines are usually rather long, but the food is sooo good, and the service is sooo good, the wait is worth it; however, the wait at this location is not usually very long. I shouldn't eat fried foods, but when I absolutely have-to-have fried chicken (Sorry Colonel Sanders-not sorry) "its got to be Popeyes!" I prefer the "3 strips (spicey), a regular side (mashed potatoes with gravey on the side), and a biscuit. Like most every thing you buy, the price has gone up lately; however (again), coupons are sometimes in the Tuesday Sales-papers Mail. "Popeye's Public Relation people: are you listening to me?" As of common sense and Marketing 101: Coupons = a larger customer base = more sales = Larger Bottom Line for Share Holders- also known as: Cha-ching,...

I was out leaving Navy Federal thought let me stop here and grab something quickly my first sign was to pull off when they told me they were out of wings but I still ordered food.. they were out of honey and the “sweet tea” they gave was watered down, I’m guessing I got the after lunch rush and they didn’t feel like making anymore 🤨…. And I didn’t have the energy to pull back around for the third time so I just kept it pushing but WILL NEVER GO BACK… and the funny thing is when I googled them to leave a review I see they only have 2.5...
