It is really disappointing to have to leave a review like this but this is after being a customer almost every weekend for the past few months. I initially came here because it was close by and was excited about their Vietnamese Coffee. Coffee is great most of the time but the way the owner nickel and dimes for everything really does leave a bad taste. I understand some places give you less overall if you ask for less ice, but here they charge you and extra .30 because they add a little more "coffee." This is not great bc other places dont charge extra but okay since the coffee is good. Sadly, last time the coffee was awful and watered down. Now, I find out that if you add even 1 pump of any syrup (like if I order a strawberry cream tea) it is extra .30. I tried the boba latte but then got charged extra for the boba. Turns out that the manager told employees that bc some people dont want boba they will charge $3.90 for just the liquid portion which is just MILK and BROWN SUGAR. At Target you can get and entire carton of organic milk for $4!!! I understand charging boba to like a milk tea but if you advertise a boba latte (which should be boba cooked in brown sugar and then milk added) you should NOT charge extra for boba. Or change the name to Brown Sugar Milk. They also charge you extra if you pay for a gift card with a credit card instead of cash. Why would I pay more money to be allowed to spend money here? It is really a shame because the people are nice and the vietnamese coffee is good when not watered down. I will be taking my business elsewhere even if it means I have to drive a little farther. Businesses shouldn't only focus on money. Yes, that is the end goal but having repeat customers is more lucrative than nickel and dimeing them. I hope this place improves. Would love to come back.

I love this place! My best friends and I are here 3-5 days out of the week doing homework. The atmosphere is awesome (good music, never too loud to study, games to play when you need a break, a place to take photos/selfies) and the drinks are great too. I *highly* recommend the blueberry slushy - it is amazing. Their frozen yogurt is awesome as well. The owner's name is Tony and he is incredible. He knows all of our names and has our orders memorized. He is genuinely the nicest guy you will ever meet and goes out of his way to give us outstanding customer service. If you have not been to Creamery yet you are missing out!

One of my fave boba places. They have amazing flavors, and always have my drink ready for me. I even worked with them for my sons birthday party. We had a boba bar and they made sure everything was perfect. They provided cups, lids and straws as well. I was able to personalize my own stickers and added that touch myself along with the treat stand. The boba was fresh and the drinks tasted amazing. I had strawberry green tea, mango green tea and thai tea delivered and these are also my go to flavors when i order in store. Tony was a great help and we can’t wait to have them at our next event!

Bottom line, great drinks and customization options, poor service. Since this place is still relatively new, I'm hoping they get this fixed.

Edit: This place is better than most boba places in Austin around the UT campus even. The disappointing thing is don't offer call in and order if it's not gonna make a difference. I called in, told 15-20 minute wait, only to arrive and find out they hadn't even started on my order yet. No acknowledgement or apologies with the delay either, which I think is the most frustrating part. It ended up being 30 minutes from when I had ordered on the phone to when I got my food, including the fact that I had gotten there 15 minutes after the phone order, meaning I waited 15 minutes for a drink and popcorn chicken. Not to mention, they also got the order wrong after I had repeated it on the phone and once I got there in person.

Secondly, I was paying with card and the person that was checking me out just left the register before even finalizing my payment. I had to wait for them to come back to even take my card out of the reader.

Original review:

I absolutely love that this place is open until 11 pm most days. It makes for a really great stop after a late dinner. Their boba drinks are on par with places like sharetea and gong cha. Also try their popcorn chicken! Super tasty...

I've been coming here for a while because of it being so close to home, but they almost always get my order wrong. Sometimes they forget to add boba into my drink. Sometimes they add milk despite my lactose intolerant plea to exclude it. This time, they forgot to add in sugar. They've messed up my exact same order in so many ways, and at this point it's just sad. I consider myself a quiet, patient person, so I understand one or two accidents with my order. However, after toughing it out through the past 5 mess-ups for the sake of the friendly workers, I'm afraid I'll have to find my boba elsewhere. Maybe if you have a simple order without many toppings and you're not lactose intolerant, this place could be perfect for you. But for me, I can't stand to see my favorite drink be butchered any longer. Thanks, I guess.

EDIT: Just to be clear, everytime I notice the drink is missing something/ is wrong before I leave the store, I'm sure to mention it to the workers, but messing up so many times is still unacceptable in my opinion. Plus, my mom got me the drink this time, and since it's impossible to tell the amount of sugar in the drink without tasting, she thought...
