Simply Pho and Bo Ne — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I wanna bring it to the owner's attention that the website link on your Google listing is directed to online ordering of the Yummy Pho & Bo Ne in Katy!!! Pick up location shows up after paying for the order when you get to the confirmation page. they couldn't make the food unless I place the order and pay again, and I had to wait for them to make the food right then which defied my purpose of ordering ahead, and I had to contact the Katy location myself to request a refund. So I called Katy location, unfortunately the food has already been made, and they said the Sugarland location is not the same ownership, and I have to call ChowNow to request the refund because they can't process it from their store, so I had to make yet another call and explain the whole situation again. As the business owner in which you have full control of your Google listing, you should make sure the information on here is accurate and up to date. BEWARE!!! I came in and ordered to go. When pricing came up it seemed higher than what it should be. The girl that took the order immediately said “oh our price increased.”Everything was substantially more! The Vietnamese coffee says $5.50 but she rang up $6.50! Food was at least $1.50 more per entree. I told her she needed to change the pricing to reflect what she charges or we have no idea what price it is if the menu is not reliable…and she said “see, we white out and put pricing” But the pricing is HIGHER than the new white out pricing! Family run establishment with limited staff so service tempo may vary but you can always expect friendly service. Owner greets us like family, always a smile and asks how my boy is doing. The pho that they conjure is simply delicious, thus I always get the "simply pho" with the beef rib. Plenty of meat in the bowl which I end up sharing with the wife and kid. The broth is always on point with just the right blend of spices within a crafted savory soup. Simply Pho and Bo Ne place is our top choice when the family is craving pho. They do serve other food items which are also good but believe me when I say that it's the pho that is special. Perhaps they should rename the bowl after their namesake from "simply pho" to "special pho"....
