let me add that the food and staff are always fantastic, i never get sick from this place and there's better selections here. the Customer support for the app or from the company is trash. I loved the app for all the rewards, and had a hard time accessing it due to loosing an old email it was under. I finally got a response from someone higher up saying they fixed the issue and just do a password reset with the app saying my current email was on file. I went to this location Sunday to find out those higher up straight up WIPED MY ACCOUNT. Been going there since 2018 maybe earlier and couldn't believe they wiped all my points and everything. Staff unfortunately couldn't help but were very polite about it. Higher ups have not returned any emails and phone calls and all my points and birthday rewards are GONE. Beware for any customer support beyond the friendly staff at the store they will not care and delete your information without consent. Before any bot adds I've been emailing the right people and they've not gotten back to me since the 8th of this month with some person named Mike Lee saying the merged my account but wiped any trace of me ever having an account. Am not setting a foot into any location every again.

EDIT: Figured they contact me after leaving this review and blowing up my phone. They've been incredibly unhelpful and they are not listening to me. Let me start off by saying, I eat Mexican food daily, and I mean daily, so I know my food. I have not had the best experience over the last few places I have eaten that are similar to this, however, this one stands out. Not because of the food per say but because of the customer service.

Yesterday was my first time here at the recommendation of a friend and I had not idea what to order. Because I am use to paying extra for anything extra, that is what I expected.

Big G: Good evening maam, what can I get you. Me: The bowl and do you have corn tortillas? Big G: Yes maam. Me: How much do you charge per torilla? Big G: Nothing maam, we dont charge for extras, this is not Chipotle!

Needless to say, I died laughing. Not only did he not make a big deal of me asking for a little more rice, or corn tortillas, he was friendly and respectful.

Harold, who rung up my order was great too. I love spicy sauces, so he combined two sauces for me to try since it was my first time.

Now the food isn't spectacular as it is regular pick-your-bowl food but it was good. However, the customer service and attitude made my bowl taste even better. Whoever hired them, good choice. It is now my new spot. It was clean, friendly and I will be back!

After failing to find parking at Chipotle, had lunch at the Sugar Land Freebirds this afternoon, going against my gut feeling, as my first experience at a different location was quite disappointing. I have to say, this experience sealed my decision not to eat there ever again.

To summarize, both rice options looked unappealing and mushy like old, over-cooked oatmeal; the meats looked depressingly flavorless and cold, it looked like they keep some water at the bottom of the container to moisten the dry meats; the fajita veggies looked terrible, like someone boiled them, drained them and said here you go, they all seemed to be glued together; the corn, salsa and other add-ons looked normal, but the corn looked questionable.

After paying $10 for the burrito and going to the outside patio to hope for the best, I took one bite and it just tasted awful. The flavor of something was overpowering the rest of the burrito. I pulled out some cold chicken and it had no flavor. The glued and mushy fajita veggies had no flavor at all. Finally, I took another bite and again the terrible taste was evident. I finally gave up, threw the burrito away and walked away in search for something to take away that wretched taste in my mouth. If you enjoy good food, please beware...
