Gepetto's Pizza — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I’m writing this message because I got assaulted by another co worker while on shift for NO REASON what so ever.

If you are a regular and have seen me, I work the front and answer the phones. My first day was last Sunday 9/15. I have worked the days 9/18-9/21 ONLY. I am the only African American female that was there.

The story is I walked to the back to grab a guest their food and before I could grab it the coworker cocked his arm back and punched me so hard to where my jaw can’t close , I can not eat , I can not talk right. So I called 911 to come because I got assaulted so randomly in the work place , I don’t know this man personally and I did no wrong ! But the business lied to the police and said that they have no cameras to show the proof of when where and how this guy punched me. So he just got away. I know life isnt fair but there is no reason to have an employee working for you that punches females randomly and hurt them. I didn’t deserve this nor did I ask for this.

There is also some more concerns on how they handle food and on being sanitary but that is another story. I would just warn everyone about the whole store doesn’t wash their hands before they make yalls pizza or food . I witnessed them opening a raw bag of chicken wings and dump them next to dirty dishes and never have rinsed them out not even with water. They leave them in the sink all day next to dirty dishes. It’s not sanitary but it taste so good I hope you guys that come eat here keeps this in mind they are not clean ! And just want money. They do a good job in taking everyone’s money but I’m trying to save the world from being sick and more.

This is sad because this was my GO TO spot close by and reasonable prices but unfortunately I will not be eating there again because of what I witnessed from working only 5 days ! I will attach the pictures of who assaulted me with NO...

TOTAL SCAM! We have ordered lunch specials (5.99 on menu) for a long time and the total with tax comes to 6.48. We then noticed that they started adding random amounts to that and in one office 4 different people with lunch specials paid different amounts from $7-8.48. When i called to ask why the manager said it was a delivery fee- so I asked how much the delivery fee was and he said $2 so i informed him that they had charged our group over $7 collectively and that there is no delivery fee listed ANYWHERE on the site and he cant just tack on money as he pleases to cover some changing illusive "delivery fee" to which he just said he'd refund that amount. Of course I never saw that money. Their food quality has also gone down. I dont do business with people who are sneaky and unethical. Even if it's just a few cents- you have to declare an exact delivery fee and then we can decide how to pay that. Their way of operating is wrong and shady. My entire company which used to order hundreds a month will never go back. Pepperonis around the corner is much better and actually charges...

I ordered spaghetti from here the other day which costs $9 and added a small cup of alfredo sauce on the side and 1 order of extra garlic bread which costs 1.49. My total at the counter was like $12 i remember! I said i didn't need a receipt BIG mistake on my end. I check my account today and it says $18 from Gepettos Pizza. I thought to myself that can't be right. I only ordered pasta with an extra side of garlic bread. I'm not sure if they charged me more because i didn't take a receipt but be careful going here!! If you don't sign your receipt or take it, it seems like they will tip themselves or charge more than what your food actually costs, don't try and get over on your customers!! now I have to write a nasty review oh! and the guy at the counter was weird! Before writing this review I read another review about one of the workers PUNCHED a female co worker that previously worked here in the face and no consequence was taken upon his actions towards her! I won't be back! Shame, they had good food for cheap prices...
