Thirsty's — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I gathered my 3 customer visit cards on Sunday, July 21st to redeem 1 free smoothie and purchase the 2nd one. I was told that the cards were not completed and they could not be combined. This is the first time I hear of this. I do not carry this card on me at all times, therefore when I unexpectedly visit a thirstys location I ask for a new card. I have combined my cards in the past. I love Thirstys but the employees ruined it for me.
