LAN Chopstick Express — Restaurant in Sugar Land

I went here and place an order with Jessica and she was horribly rude. She did not take my order correctly and contaminated the food by taking already served food from my plate and putting it back in the buffet to serve others. When I was trying to tell her not to do that because its gross she got loud and said “do you want it or not” and then threw my food down on the table and started attending the next guest and didn’t finish serving me or check me out. As I stood there baffled by the service, I asked for the manager and Jennifer came out to attend to me, and was equally just as rude without even hearing my complaint. They put the wrong food on my plate and instead of serving a new plate she put my food directly over the trash can which was very unsanitary, and started scooping out the rest of the portion of food I didn’t want to refill something else. When I asked her not to put my food over the trash can she threw my food in the trash and said you can go and gave me a refund without me asking for one. I went to this establishment today on my lunch break to try it for the first time. At first everything was ok as I was ordering then when it came time to pay, they told me the amount $11.90 and I asked if they took apple wallet. They stated they did. The two workers then began laughing amongst themselves as I went to pay. I got quoted the price of $11.90 but when I checked my apple wallet it stated $12.26 so I asked for a receipt. I then asked the woman server why there was a difference and she stated it was due to a 3% service charge for using my card. She never mentioned the charge to me before, or during my transaction. I have no problem with paying but I don’t like being deceived.

The food, was lukewarm and average at best.

Due to this experience I won’t be a repeat customer and have also alerted my coworkers as-well. (My coworkers let me know they’ve never been charged extra for using their card...

Disappointed in the level of disrespect shown by nearly every employee working today. I’ve been coming for a long time because the food is good, but it’s not worth being disrespected. And this is the first time I ever had a single complaint, but the level of disrespect was wild. I got a 3 meat plate with 2 meats of the same variety. The 3rd meat was significantly less than the first 2. When I questioned if that’s all I get and why it was like 2 scoops less, the woman said “yep, that’s it” and slid my plate down the line. When I questioned the employees at the register about it, they said “I don’t know” and then just scanned my credit card. I then had to question if that’s all they were going to do for my concern.
