I have had so many issues all over the Dayton, Ohio area with takeout orders from almost every single Chipotle. I tried a different location with the Wilmington Pike store, and had trouble here too!
I ordered a chicken burrito, extra chicken, brown rice, extra fajita veggies, extra tomato salsa, corn salsa, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. When I got to the restaurant, there was a sign on the door saying that they were out of cheese and lettuce. Of course, they don't change this in the app or disable app ordering in any way, and they don't tell you this when you pick up your order.
So I get home, and my burrito does not have any cheese or lettuce. But it also did not have any tomato salsa, hot salsa, or fajita veggies. I basically just got chicken, corn, and white rice.
How can we fix this?
I send emails every time I have a problem, and I feel like they're just falling on deaf ears.
In the last year, I've had problems with all of these locations making my order: North main Street Englewood Ohio, Springboro Pike, Dayton Ohio, Austin Landing, Miamisburg Ohio, Brown Street, Dayton Ohio, and Miamisburg Centerville Road in Centerville Ohio.
How do we fix this? Why aren't they doing their job when it's a to-go order?
Getting a to go order used to be the best way to do it, as you could skip those long lines out the door. But now, it seems like they just throw together whatever they want and don't even care if they're making your order right. It's just...
Read moreOnce again screwed by the app order. I guess the business model is short-serve the online orders with barely enough of an ingredient to qualify, and hope customers quit ordering online? Or do we need to be there in person to lean over the glass and watch the food being made, to not get short served? I only order one thing at Chipolte, and have for years: crunchy tacos. In-store, they are made full and delicious. App order? Prepare for some short served, barely put together b_llshiat. My tacos today were app ordered and not even half full. It is my fault because it's happened before, but like a fool I returned and expected something different. Honestly I could have made a better lunch at home myself. The Chipolte customer using the app order system trades convenience for less food, but still pays the same price! What a great business model Chipolte. No effort and no quality control, the app order line (a separate food table from the in-store orders) consistently does this. I'm done with this store and done paying $10 for half empty taco shells. Better choices are everywhere and Chipolte will get no more of my money. Everybody with a set of ears is going to hear this story too. Fvck Chipolte and their rip off business model. I used to think it was a decent product, but the company has debased itself with the way app orders are short served over and over and over....
Read moreI was completely appalled at how this line looked when I came in at 10:45pm 15 mins until closing so they weren’t busy at all just standing around when I approached the line I couldn’t resist to ask the employee to please wipe the line before making my order because I hate when they drag my bowl or burrito through all the filth The lazy employee said “ I can just carry it, I won’t drag it through the stuff” like really that’s your rebuttal? I then insisted that she wipe the line This is something Ive encountered many times here at this location it just seem they all have no care for cross contamination in the photos you can see cheese in the sour cream corn in the green salsa and cheese in the hot salsa complete low performance and this is just the appearance the food quality was even more sub par the rice was so crunchy it almost broke my tooth the chicken was dry and cold and the romaine lettuce was 3 inches wide I don’t know what ever happened to chipotle they used to have really high standards and great food quality but over the years they have declined drastically and it’s really sadden me because I love the food when it’s actually good I just hope they get together before it too late and they put themselves...
