Visited this Vivi bubble tea location for the first time last week and had a good experience! We were the only ones in the store about 30mins before closing so we were helped pretty quickly. In my opinion my tea was not as good as the ones I’ve had from the Cincinnati Vivi location but it wasn’t bad either.. just wish the tea flavor was stronger and not so much “syrup/sweetener tasting”. Their boba was excellent though! Very similar to traditional taiwanese tasting boba. I ordered a peach fruit tea with regular boba, strawberry jelly, and it came with peach pulp. My husband got the traditional milk tea and he agreed that the boba was really good but the tea itself was just okay. The staff was friendly and helpful when we ordered. Also, the newly renovated store seemed clean and well kept! Hopefully business stays steady for this shop since there isn’t another bubble tea store in this location and they offer lots of good options!

I wanna try almost everything, cannot wait to go back!! Parking: huge lot available Wait: We were in and out very quickly & ordered 3 large drinks all different kinds. Interior: Larger than a lot of other bubble tea places I've been to, have a good amount of seating available. Cleanliness: 5/5 Options: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 100% will return & clearly reccomend!

We just went there, and my boyfriend ordered the Oreo brĂ»lĂ©e drink. We tried to check online ahead of time to see if it contained any nuts (he has an allergy), but couldn’t find anything. So we politely asked the worker behind the counter, and she just looked at us blankly, said “I don’t know,” then turned her back and walked away. No offer to check or apology.

On top of that, my milk tea was a letdown. The tapioca was completely stuck together in a big clump at the bottom, so I couldn’t even get any through the straw.

I am not local to this area and had found this business by chance. My 12 year old daughter was excited to hear about Vivi opening in Bellbrook as she is very interest in Asian Culture. We stopped by only to find out that we were 3 days too soon.

However Vivi still accommodated us and perfected our requests. They offer a very genuine experience.
