UPDATE: I never signed the portion any documents agreeing to any sort of return or exchange. I’ll include a copy of the paperwork. I also left a message for the DM Eric. I already contacted the BBB and left a review so I’m just expounding on here. Ray the “manager” is all about a sale. I came in letting him know that I didn’t know a lot, just purchased a home and told him specifically that I had the wooden slits on my bed. I still purchased the mattress and the box spring making sure I could return the box spring. He was the only one in the store. Even took me to the back to show me discounted mattresses and how many was in stock. Anyway, my purchase arrived on June 1st. I used the restroom in my house and when I was done, the delivery man shoved something in my face to sign. I immediately knew, once he left that the bed was too high. I mean it literally is the size of my chest. I called him on Saturday, not even a hour later. Keith took my name and assured me he would have Ray call me. The day progress and nothing. I call back and it Keith again. He promised he would call me. It’s Tuesday. Still no call from Ray. Keith said he was off but has he been off for three days straight? I finally call Ray myself and he tells me on 6/6 that nothing can be take back. Huh?!!!! But I’ve been calling you. I even volunteered to bring it back myself. Ray is so disconnected. I called my bank who assured me that I have 100 days to return. So whose lying here? I have several other numbers and connections to get the word out about this place. I have to share the excellent customer service I received today! My husband & I we’re both looking for mattresses. We had no clue as to what type, style or mattress we needed for better rest. Well, Ms. Corneice completed a sleep style analysis on us to determine what style promoted better rest for us both. It was eye opening and I appreciated her going the extra mile. Then Ms. Alvenia provided detailed information based on the sleep study to include the bells & whistles of each recommended type. They practiced social distancing and had the paper strips available for us to lay on & test the mattresses. They were so friendly, personable, kind and shared the benefits of proper mattresses and the accessories such as mattresses protectors. We were so grateful for their time, education and professionalism. And guess what- we walked out with a queen & king mattress...a adjustable base and the mattress protectors! The best money spent because our concerns mattered and they provided excellent customer service! Stop by this location and check these ladies out... proper sleep is so important.. and they will take care of you. Thank you so much...

I went into the store on September 20, 2018, to inquire about the selection of mattresses that was offered there. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and welcomed by Marie. A very nice spirited lady. I explained my current mattress situation with her and asked for the Bed Match analysis to be performed, so I could see what would be generated for me. The test was performed along with a few recommendations. Well, I did not go with any of the recommendations from the test. I further expressed my concerns with Marie, and she guided me over to the Tempur-Pedic selection. OMG... what a difference!!!!!!! I loved what she suggested in the series of the Tempur-Pedic, and didn't have to look any further because the way it felt, I knew that was the one. I returned the next day to make my purchase with Alevnia. Both of these ladies were so helpful and kind. If you are looking to purchase a mattress, this store will be place you need to go to. I'm looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress, and forever resting peacefully on my Tempur-Pedic Adapt. Any mattress needed in the future, will truly be a...
