I doubt very seriously that this Review will be read by anyone in authority at this Dollar Tree ( Penn Ave/towards Silver Hill Rd), therefore no improvement will be made but I will post anyway. The manager at this location is very unhelpful, he makes it clear that he doesn't want to be of assistance. When I approached him to ask if it was Ok to use certain baskets that do not look like shopping baskets, he barely answered me. When I ask if they sold ant repellent and asked where it was, he pointed and said "it's back there." I asked "can you tell me where?" He replied - "I don't know where, you can look on the wall." š²š¤¦š¤· Any other store worker who was already on the floor would have taken me to their product or even gone "to the back" themselves to get it for me. I certainly expected the same from a Manager. He had no problem telling me that he didn't know where the product was, in the store that he manages, nor did he care. I have np with him not knowing where the product is but at least pretend that you care, don't have your customers looking for items when they've asked for your assistance. He put forth no effort to be of assistance. The young cashier 's disposition was the polar opposite. He was so professional, mannerable, and also very helpful. Everyone is not equipped socially or skill wise to be a manager . Not just anyone can handle or deserves the position. Treat customers with respect and display appreciation for them. It's your customers who keep your store in business. Remember, you are a customer also, treat your customers the way that you would like to be treated. Give them the same service that you want when you visit any business establishment. Set a better example for your staff also. Though, one of your staff members could actually teach you something. Your cashier provided Excellent Customer Service. Koodos to the young man. šš¾ Do better Manager. Someone assigned you that position, don't conduct yourself as though they merely GAVE it to you bc you're family or...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis review is based off the customer service that I received. I had some items to return and I approached the first employee that I saw to ask about returns before I got in line. I believe her name tag said Pocket. She was very helpful and courteous and directed a cashier on how to process my return. I can imagine that it is very stressful working in retail, and because of that, they experience a lot of call-outs and no-shows, leaving 2 or 3 people to run a store. We've all seen the clutter in the aisles in just about EVERY Dollar Tree and we've all experienced going in only to find out thereās just one register open. If you choose to take only 1 thing with you into ANY store, please take...
