Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

I want to start out with it takes a lot for me to complain. I ordered delivery last night no notice or anything only received a blizzard no chicken strip basket. Store didn't answer the phone of course after reading the reviews I'm not surprised door dash wouldn't do anything about it. They claimed they were out of stock truth is they wanted to close early and didn't want to cook. I called this morning and asked for a manger I was already talking to one Hannah. Hannah was very unprofessional and didn't care. Tone of voice was low and annoyed. She didn't know what to do about it and didn't know why they did it and that she doesn't know why night shift keeps rejecting customers or canceling , missing items , or closing early and so on. Offered no compensation or anything I had to be firm and insist something needed to be done . I paid 13 for a blizzard in the end. Doordash is no help as usual. After requesting and practically demanding (unfortunately) a chicken strip basket. I went to pick it up. Dirty lobby , unprofessional employees. Cashier was lazy and was just plain rude and so on. When I said I spoke to Hannah she said oh low toned. Handed me the box. I asked if my ranch and gravy were in there she said yeah annoyed. I asked for a bag. Again annoyed . My family comes to this location quite often not because of the mediocre food or service but only because it's close to home. Whether your order is small or large makes no difference they'll ask you to pull up or park your car while you wait for your order even if it's not peak hours they take their sweet time. Secondly they'll pack your food without ketchup or napkins. (sometimes even without your fries or tots happened twice) You'd think as long as it takes it would at least be accurate but nope I strongly suggest checking your order before driving off. If your dining in you'll notice why this place is not the place for your lunch break the only person actually doing something is usually the one in the drive thru and mind you that these are all just kids but most of them are either busy chatting about anything and everything except their work and I'm amazed how often I have seen them all just standing around or looking at their phones while the cook is completely swamped. A very very nice young lady was serving my mother & I then an older lady needing to be BOSSY showing her authority came & interrupted us & we weren't even finished with our order & she told us to pull out front they've got too many cars behind us & there was 2 cars behind us sooooo when the nice young lady came out she apologized to us & she went back in & got my mother's ice cream & I told her it was not her fault & we really appreciate her being kind unlike the older lady but !!! I will never go to the Dairy Queen on Main St ever again there's a way to talk to people with their orders & I told her I come through & get the same thing all the time & she said she will do it this time but it will be the last sarcastically YOU DONT HAVE TO THROW YOUR AUTHORITY AROUND TO MAKE A POINT JUST BECAUSE YOUR THE OLD ONE AMONG ALL THESE YOUNG GIRLS & by the way I'm "57" but those young girls trying to be nice & accommodating will be taking her position one day because...
