So disappointed with my first visit here. I went to the shop yesterday, 4/12. I started in the garden area where two employees were visiting and just stared at myself and my two daughters. We then went into the side entrance to see two more employees sitting by a table, also talking. A man was on his phone and the lady at the front didn't even look up. Not a single person welcomed us, asked if we needed anything, or even spoke to us. I'm not sure if it was because I was with my kids or they were just too busy to care.
When I posted this on Facebook, I got a lame apology that did not seem real and other people telling me to give them a second chance because they just opened and were overwhelmed with the eclipse.
Yesterday was my daughter's birthday and she was excited to go shopping in town. We have heard of Good Eye Market and always try to support local and small businesses.
I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this place. With all the hype on this new store, yall should be ready for the people that are coming to support you.
