First, we were a large group, probably 30 people. But they were notified of this in advance and they even offered a discount on burgers. When we got there my companion and I were asked to move 2 times. Shortly after the 2nd move more of our party came and sat in the chairs we were moved from. Service was SLOW even though they knew we were coming. And actual food prep was even slower. I ordered fish tacos (which were good). I asked if anything came with them and I was told fries. I asked if I could change that to sweet potato fries and asked if there would be a charge for changing and was told that there was a $3 up charge. Well, on sides it said that fries, tots and sweet potato fries all cost $3. So one should have been able to be exchanged for another. I should have said go ahead and bring the fries and also I'd like to get a side order if sweet potato fries. I'd have gotten more food for the same price! And then when we finally got our food the sweet potato fries were...
Read moreWell they left off the fried egg from my bacon cheese burger. Of course it was cold as ice so I understand why. They also probably didn't want to put a moist fried egg next to a dried out piece of meat either. But hey what do I know about burgers right ??? My wife's burger was also cold and her fries. All she ask for was ketchup mayo and pickles. I guess that was to much to remember because it came out without the mayo. Must be hard remembering so much at once. But I understand leaving off the mayo because who likes cold French fries with mayo on a burger. About the best thing I can say about this place is that the service was friendly and the beer was cold. So if your in the mood for a drink come visit. Just eat a sandwich at home first. They did comp my meal. And told me the reason the food was cold was because the kitchen staff leaves the backdoor open when it gets hot in the kitchen. I guess it gets hot because they have to keep...
Read moreI came to muddys at 8:00pm Friday on 3/15. Muddys was a little busy on this night. The waitress who took my order didn’t hear that I wanted boneless wings. I get it easy mistake, but I politely let her know the best way I can. She then proceeds to exhale very hard and made me feel like I was a problem to bother her, so politely told her it was ok paid for my order and tipped and left every single wing on the table. I don’t like being a problem so that’s the best way I knew to handle the situation. I’m writing this review because I know it’s more people out there like me and if you as waitress have a problem with a customer politely asking you to fix his food, then you should not be working in the restaurant business. I’m very upset I was forced to waste my money or feel like I was being the biggest problem in...
