I've been working here for about 4 weeks. I haven't been properly trained for the job position I applied for, until 3 weeks later. Other new employees haven't been properly trained either. One new employee was taken off the schedule because the GM didn't like the way the new employee said the word " they". It's unorganized, I get treated like crap EVERYDAY. The rude employee that every customer complains about is the GM's daughter. I walked into work one night, as soon as I walked through the door she went off on me for no reason at all. All they employees complain about her. They're afraid of speaking up because they know nothing will be done about it. My first day a customer told her she needs to check her attitude & she's a manager! I'm the only person of my race that works there & I get treated like crap EVERYDAY. Certain employees have no respect for authority. I was promised a certain amount of hours when I got hired. 2 weeks later my hours have been cut to 3 days a week. It's stressful for me to walk through that door every shift, with my head help high pretending to be unfazed by the disrespect & lack of proper training I received. I get moved to a different position everyday. I have 5 to 6 different people telling me to do things different 5 or 6 different ways. How's a person suppose to know which way is the correct way. There's only ONE manager that I like & respect. I won't say her name, but she's leaving. She's the only professional & organized manager there. She's the only person that properly trained me on what I know. And, she didn't start training me until after 3 weeks of me working there. And, it's not her fault. She was just following the GM's directions. Before that I had to train myself by watching other people or figuring things out on my own. I know I will get fired after posting this, but something needs to be said & done about all the wrong that's going on. I haven't even spoken about everything. This is the worst job I have ever had. First I called because i tried to order online and it said it wasn't available so I called to make sure the place was open. The employee said it was open. that was at 3:23. I arrived at 3:27. the lady said she can't take any.orders she's on break for 10 more minutes... I waited the 10 minutes. Mind you the lady seems aggressive and I'm not sure why maybe because it's 3am and she tired idk. But I was polite anyway because she wasn't ruining my night. I had an order online it says I can order 5 sauces for free.. so I gave her the same thing that I ordered online and they told me they can't do the wraps only Fried things. So I changed my order I was really trying to be positive because it seems the associate was in a bad mood .. she tells me that if I want more than one sauce I have to pay for it. I informed her what it says to the app and she says she can't do that.. and has to charge me . on the receipt she charged me for pickles because the sauce came up as free... if the system is giving them too me as fee why go out of your way to charge me? Asked what we wanted, told them we got a strawberry instead of a vanilla. THEY ASKED IF WE WANTED TO ORDER A VANILLA. We said no, we want what we ordered. Suddenly they could not understand us and would come out. After UNPATIENTLY waiting 4 minutes and no one coming, we called again. Explained everything again, someone came out.
