We decided to try their food at this new establishment. Normally we travel to greenville to that papa johns. I was disappointed with alot of things. They charge extra for the parmesan crust which greenville doesn't do that to me. We requested our three pizzas well done. We received our pizzas under cooked. It wasn't made how we asked. When we requested pepper flakes and parmesan cheese packets we were handed 3 of each. As if that would be enough for 8 people. When we requested more they proceeded to attempt to charge us for every packet. Which the other location has never done to us. Read moreI've ALWAYS loved Papa Johns pizza. What I had delivered tonight was less than sub par. $44 for one extra large thin crust pizza, an order of cheese bread, some garlic sauce and marinara. The crust edge was hard, the crust under the toppings was soggy and the cheese breadsticks were chewy. I would rather have a frozen pizza from Walmart. For what I paid I could have gotten 2 pizzas from Romas...or close to it. You won't EVER catch me wasting my hard earned money on Papa John's...in Sulphur Springs...ever again. I'm sorry Domino's and Romas...I won't make this mistake...

Personally, I think they owed him that pizza for free and probably the next few ones Free for the wait time and BS that he had to go through. How do you forget to make a pizza?!!?!?!!!
