Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sulphur Springs

Waited over and hour and still didn't get our food. We saw the chicken from Long John Silvers that was going out to the drive through and it was burned to a crisp. The manager is so young she couldn't handle anything. She spent most of her time on her phone. They decided to change their oil at 5pm during dinner. Not once did they try and help. My daughters Tacobell sat on the counter for 30 minutes when she asked if they remade it they replied I don't know. They need to clean the place and find people that actually want to work.

12/12/2022 Going to write again sat there with the most dull person I've ever seen. Ordered over half our food and then someone from the back yells at her, she comes back and we had to ask how long it would be because we heard 45 minutes. We were told any orders over 5 items would take at least 45 minutes. The excuse was there was only 1 person working the food line. There was just us in line and they rather take care of drive through orders than customers eating there. She could have said it would be that long before we sat there 10 minutes waiting for someone to...

40 minutes of HELL. I waited in line for over 40 minutes, and would have left, but the drivethru arrangement prevents anybody from leaving once in line. It took over 20 minutes to get to the microphone. When I tried to place my order I was greeted with silence. After saying Hello 3 or 4 times, someone finally said that their battery had died and they had to restart their headset, but they never said anything when the headset came back on. After finally reaching the window & paying, I waited another 15 minutes for my food, and when I did receive it, the wrappers were falling apart and spilling contents into the bag, there were no napkins, and none of sauces I had requested. When I was finally able to get the attention of the woman inside and ask her for napkins and sauce, she angrily grabbed a paper bag and stuffed it with at least 25 napkins and 50 sauce packets. During this entire time I could see her standing around inside talking with her co-workers, not doing anything. I also felt sorry for all the people trapped behind me in the drivethru line. I will NEVER purchase from this...

My Wife and I use to like Taco Bell went all the time to night when we went it was close to close to closing time the girl working the counter took our order I payed she took my name when the food came it was a joke there was nothing to it so we told them the night manager was a real ass told me thats all you get We told him to just make it like its suppose to be that's they make them.He did not know we go thire a lot so we asked for our money back. He said he had to see the recent I told him she did not give me one. he knows I just payed Him for it and that she didn't give me one so He says take your food and go I asked his name he would not give it told us it was His store and for us our food and get out of his store. What y'all areal loser working for y'all in Sulphur Springs TX on the night shift you just lost our bussness And we will tell everyone about it and we took pitchers of the food.
