I dont like to leave bad reviews if I have bad experiences at places but this place was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! We got in the drivethrough around 4:50ish and left around 6:50! It took forever to get up front but we figured they might be understaffed or something along those lines. Nope. When we finally got up front and there where 3 cooks, 2 girls that where just standing around and talking, and a third girl running between the front and ice cream area. The window server just walked off after we paid and when we where FINALLY given our first blizzard by one of the girls standing and talking it was melted and soupy. I asked them to remake it and 5 minuets after we got both blasts handed to us. We proceeded to wait while the girls where just standing around and gabbing. One of the ladies bagged a box of food that had been sitting there since we pulled up and walked away to keep talking. After a long time she walked back and put another box in and we where handed that bag. Imagine how upset i was when i figured out the boxes that had been sitting there the whole time was our dinner. I parked in the parking lot to check it. The bread was soggy the box was soft from sitting for so long and the onion rings and fries where ALL soggy and stale. I was not about to sit through that line again so here I am writing a review. I have never had a bad experience at a DQ but this is officially my worst restaurant experience EVER. Do not go here, I paid 43 dollars for an experience that ruined my night....
Read moreI ordered a patty melt at this facility today because the Winnsboro location doesn't carry it. I was getting my car alligned across the street and was excited about it being convenient just walking over. Along with my melt, I ordered a side of nachos with extra jalapeno and grilled jalapeno added to my melt. after getting my food I opened it up to check accuracy and found zero jalapeno and exactly 8 jalapenos on my nachos. The patty melt was soaked in the butter they use to toast the Texas toast and I thought they just forgot to toast the bread. It was so soaked, that I squeezed the corner of the bread only for it to immediately drip of grease. I took my order to the cashier and made my complaint, respectfully. She insisted that my bread was in fact toasted and asked if I wanted her to bring me my grilled jalapeno or put it on my sandwich. I elected for them to be added to my sandwich and waited for her to bring it to me. As I waited, I snacked on my now soggy nachos and didn't bother asking her if extra jalapenos meant a total of 8, because I'm sure she would have made it clear, that it was. Shorty after my 3rd soggy chip, she arrived with my sandwich. I opened my still soaked sandwich, took a bite and a river of grease/butter flew into my mouth and oozed out the side of my lips. Read moreI’ll be honest, I always give good/great reviews to place I visit and I hate being the guy that leaves that 1 bad review. I work 11-12 hour days and get about an hour in between two jobs to find some time to eat. I spent most of that hour in the drive thru today. I get it, maybe we have our off days but as I sat in the drive thru I was curious to see if this is just an off day so I looked through the reviews. Clearly this isn’t an off day, this is the standard. Unfortunately a low standard. As I read reviews, it sounds like new management took over and I get there might be a transitional period, but be reasonable. Find a system, find issues and fix them. What’s going on is just going to push and push customers away. The biggest insult was probably the staff just playing around through the window. The young man at the window was polite, used all the right words and maybe they’re short staffed, I don’t know. What I do know is there’s an issue and a solution needs to be found.
