Plain and fancy sandwich shop in Sulfur Springs cute downtown Square is not that fancy. The food, I'll be that it looks good, does not rise above a salad you can get at ihop. The garden salad that I got, was embellished with a requested grilled chicken and sliced avocado, but what I received was maybe one slice of tomato That Was Then diced into smaller than quarter inch pieces and the Cucumber was also finally chopped and the avocado that was requested as sliced avocado was two slices of avocado at Max and it was also diced into tiny little pieces. I can't say that the spring mix was a whole lot more welcoming than Iceberg which I was grateful for. There were homemade croutons which were okay, some were a little burnt to tasting. The Cucumber as well was diced into less than quarter inch pieces. It came with a little mini banana nut muffin and a creamy balsamic vinaigrette. The vinaigrette was awesome. The banana nut muffin was very dry. We also had a fruit cup which you cannot mess up unless it's old which it was not. We also got what was a house favorite that was basically a quick pie crust cooked then topped with what tasted like soft cream cheese and marshmallow whip whipped up together and poured on top and then a very very sweet homemade strawberry glaze, or so I was told. I was not impressed whatsoever. None of the flavors complimented one another and the marshmallow cream offset the cream cheese in a weird weird way. The tea which was sweetened to tea was so sweet that it was syrupy in your mouth. We stopped for a light lunch and we got a heavy dessert with very little veggies or toppings. This was a 40 plus lunch that we won't be guilty of doing again. My friend got a garden wrap and it was mostly iceberg lettuce. The buttermilk ranch however was delightful. I feel that if she was a little more liberal with the tomatoes, the cucumbers, and the avocado, without cutting them up into tiny little pieces, the salad would have been really good. I did finish my food like my mom always taught me to to be kind but I also did not want to waste the money. It was a little bit on the high side for...
Read moreThis place is my very picky family's new favorite place to order from. we've tried a lot of delivery lately and this place seems to care about each customer, Which is not the service we get from most places since we moved here a few months ago..Delivery was fast clean and All the food was packaged to make sure we got it fresh and right temp with cute inspirational quotes on the lids. My daughter actually ate her food which is rare, i like that the kids meal came with a drink and a dessert besides the sandwich and side. I usually have complaints but we have none! staff seems very sweet and caring. Will order again definitely ❤ This place should of been recommended to me sooner !I dont see how more people arent alking about this amazing place to eat! Keep up the...
Read moreIt truly is the little things that make this place special. Earlier this year, I had an order delivered to my mother for her birthday. I live about 2 hours away and wasn't able to see her. They allowed me to pay over the phone and wrote her a special birthday note. She was moved to tears as I ordered all her favorites that we often enjoyed together. Little did I know, that would be my mother's last birthday. She passed unexpectedly August 10th. I'm sure delivery orders are a monotonous, every day occurrence for the folks here but this small act meant the world. I am eating here today in her memory. Delicious food, wonderful...
