So far this is the best crawfish I've had in a while. I prefer mine double the spice and half the price; but unless I'm cooking them myself, it'll never be perfect. They are seasoned well enough for the majority of people. The crawfish are a very nice size. I was breaking them down like lobsters; eating meat from the tail, arms and claws. They are consistently priced almost 30% higher than anywhere else in town. They’re able to charge a premium because they open their shop in December while everyone else is late January to early February. Don’t ever buy crawfish from this place!!!…got home and was over cooked to the point where u couldn’t peel them because the meat was stuck to the tail. The shell was white in some places so that a tell tell sign of over cooked. What got me the most is that I’m actually not from Sulphur but where I’m from if ur crawfish is like that word spreads fast and that’s wat I’m trying to do so please don’t waste ur good hard earned money...
