So far this is the best crawfish I've had in a while. I prefer mine double the spice and half the price; but unless I'm cooking them myself, it'll never be perfect. They are seasoned well enough for the majority of people. The crawfish are a very nice size. I was breaking them down like lobsters; eating meat from the tail, arms and claws. The shell was white in some places so that a tell tell sign of over cooked. What got me the most is that I’m actually not from Sulphur but where I’m from if ur crawfish is like that word spreads fast and that’s wat I’m trying to do so please don’t waste ur good hard earned money...
