Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sulphur

SPOKE TOO SOON - a month ago I gave Little Caesars on Ruth Street in Sulphur, LA a glowing review. But today I have to change it. Earlier this week I tried making the same order from last month, only to arrive and be told we're out of supplies and can't make your order would you like a regular Hot & Ready? I replied no Thanks just cancel the order (Not a big deal right it happens). An hour later I noticed we were still charged for the order, I tried called over 6 times and no answer all the way through closing. Two days later I called back and finally got to speak with someone. The wrong someone who understandably could not process the refund but told me to call back tomorrow to speak with the manager. I then asked if they could take my name, order number and phone number and have the manager call me back since this would be my 3rd day of trying to get this resolved. This young very young lady told me and I quote, "NO, we don't have a process for taking messages we don't even have regular paper here." Really Ruth St. franchise owners this is how you're training your staff. Be a little innovative...record a digital memo on your phone and text your manager or God forbid write it on a napkin and tape it to the manager's door. But what you don't do is tell a customer repeatedly to just try back another day because you can't take a message! A high percentage of businesses fail not due to an undesirable product or service but poor customer service. Who you hire and how they are trained matters.

NO LONGER THE CASE... May 2023 Review. Just found my new favorite Little Caesars location. At first I was wondering why the prices were different from the other 3 local sites and why my usual stuffed crust order looked so thin... BUT the proof is in the taste! Someone took extra time to put mozarella cheese on top of pepperoni (which even gave it an artistic effect). Then an hour later upon reheating each slice had that gooey fresh out the oven lingering pull apart cheesy effect. Plus this is the only location in the parish that has a drive through! Sulphur Little Caesars just moved to the top of my favorites. Sorry no pics the kids tore into it as soon as...

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! after waiting in line behind one vehicle for almost 15 minutes when I got to the window the "so call manager" was confused on what I had and when I tried to clearly explain to him what my two orders were he caught and attitude and said he refuses service and slams the window in my face. After that he proceeded to lock the front lobby door so I could not come inside to address the situation and at least get my co worker's order. He is very unprofessional and sloppy looking and should not be running any business. Not only that but the last time I went to that location he insisted I pay cash for my food and when I did I clearly seen him slide the money off to the side and not put it in the register. Then maybe a sneaky look at me and smiled. LITTLE CEASARS HE IS STEALING FROM YOU! Idc if its 5 cents or 500 dollars its not right! THINGS NEED TO BE BETTER AT THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION IN SULPHUR,...

PLEASE READ: I went there that evening between 7:30 and 8 p.m. I went inside and had to wait. It took a while, but when it became my turn, the cashier left and started talking to someone outside in their car. He seemed to know them. Everyone got their pizzas and left after about 15 to 20 minutes. I'm the only one who is still waiting for my order to be taken. The cashier then comes back in from outside with a random pizza box that he didn't have when he left, and right in front of me, he puts the pizza box in the little oven warmers that they use to keep all the pizzas warm!!!!! HE TOOK A PIZZA HE GOT FROM OUTSIDE AND PUT IT IN THE WARMER!! It's unclear where this pizza came from, who touched it, or what was done to it. More importantly, he did this in front of me. The guy behind the counter said, "Man, you wild," and they both laughed. He never said it was his or anything, so after finally getting ready to take my order,...
