OMG this was the WORSE daycare ever!!! My son is 4months and was in the Infant room. First off let me say the employee are really young (high school) are not trained to take care of babies. They do not play with them. Basically feed them change their diaper and just let them be. They don’t talk with the babies, instead they talk among each other instead of playing and loving on the children. They eat in the room and play on their phone while watching the kids. The ONLY thing I liked about the daycare was the cameras. I was able to see everything that went on. One day my son was in the bouncer and the older children 1 and up was playing all in his face, crawling under the bouncer where his legs is, kicking the bouncer and no one stopped her. I had to call up there to get their attention. I brought my son wipes that he supposed to use and they used their cheap wipes instead of him...Oh and they don’t tell you when you sign up that you are only allowed 10 logins to View the camera. The camera login works for only 10 minutes then it logs you out. When it was flooding in Lake Charles I had to wait until the water go down to drop him to daycare when I got there they turned me around and did not Accept my child that day. I spoke to the Director and was told 2 employees called in sick and 1 employees was not going to work due to the flood and I should have dropped my son before 10am because they was short staff. I had to call in work when his daycare was paid for the week already. Then remember my son is only 4months which I bring his bottles made already. There was not a lot of kids in the baby room and had two young teachers. There is 10 kids with 2 young teachers. The Director has a nasty attitude and all employees are just there for a check and don’t pay kids no mind. Another day I logged in the 1years old which is always in the baby room was crawling under the beds the bed was shaking and I thought it was going to fall on all 3 of them. I WOULD NEVER recommend this daycare! I took my son out and he was not even there for 4full weeks!!! Prize Possession is Awesome on...

I would like to say that my son Gavyn and I are BEYOND BLESSED to have Mrs. Nicole as his teacher! She honestly cares so much and she has taught him alot. She has compassion unlike anything I have ever seen. Gavyn loves her so much and so do I!! She takes her time to teach, love and care for him and all of the other children as well. It takes a very special person to do what she does and it is such an HONOR to have Mrs. Nicole as his teacher. I wish she could be his teacher until he graduates high school!! She has such a unique way about her. I've personally witnessed the way she interacts with the children and I'm always just so amazed! Mrs Nicole, THANK YOU for everything that you do. Gavyn has learned so much from you. Thank you for working with me and always keeping me informed. You are AWESOME and the way that you interact and teach your class is simply just so AMAZING! My two sons have attended this daycare for almost a year now. Started when they were 1 and two and now they are 2 and 3. Not only is the staff friendly and Mrs. Hope and her husband amazing, but my older son has something called ATRX-SYMDROME and every single one of them make adjustments as needed to better care for him. It could be having him in his younger brothers class or letting him learn how to walk by exploring to each of the classes. It speaks volumes on there characters. I see the whole staff as family and they promptly respond when asked questions and are some of the best people that I've had the pleasure of getting to know.
